This is the last time I will EVER use this website. Every time I try and buy something it cancels my order and asks for a copy of my passport. What A complete waste of my time. Do your self a favour and order from somewhere else.

This company used to be good, But it is not any more as they sold me a faulty USB HUB that blew up my 4 Core PC and insited that I send it back recorded delivery with the promise of a full refund to include the P&P = They confirmed it was indeed faulty but only gave me a PARTIAL REFUND So I don't recommend them to anyone & I give them the lowest score possible.

tried to order one of the special offers. At the time of ordering there were 15 in stock, entered password & confirmed payment (already got account) acknowledgement email received, followed by stock unavailable email & need to make a decision about items. 5 mins later received payment processed email for the whole amount. Log back into account says order being processed..... WHICH IS IT??????

I ordered components to build a pc last week. After 8 days I recieved an email to say my order had been cancelled as items were out of stock. When I emailed to complain and ask for help I recieved no reply. Very dissapointed.

Cheaper than most sites, wide product range, never any issues. Love the honest reviews available before buying & extra information most places don't include eg Hard drives "playstation compatible". Nothing worse than finding out you buy doesn't meet requirements after you've purchased it. I Buy all my computing products here.

I have spent nearly 2 hours trying to order 2 items. I have been to the checkout TWICE ... had my password rejected...gone to renew password...no email password change (password reset time expired). Rang your helpline (at my cost! !!) to find that they were of little help because all ordering is online only. Given up and Decided to buy items elsewhere! THEN.... only at 3.05pm I get the 1st email reset email;....(sent at 2.33pm)...and the 2nd email (sent at 2.44). Think yourselves lucky that I actually accessed the site AGAIN and placed the order. At nearly 82 I do not need this hassle. Make things 'Falling off a log easy' so that customers do not have such hassle. Frank Daykin

Claim to use Royal Mail then surcharge to deliver to Isle of Wight... RM isn't legally allowed to charge more to deliver to the island as it is NOT part of the Highland and Island group but obviously greed is good as far as ebuyer are concerned

Search showed product for £125 and free delivery but checkout basket charged postage of nearly £9. Bitterly disappointed.

Offering free delivery and then adding a £8.90 charge for delivery to Northern Ireland, or Scotland stinks of opaque and misleading sales information and poor customer care. Get a carrier who charges a flat rate and you will get more loyal customers from NI and Scotland

Showing only 10 items per page is a total waste of my life. Are you the NSA? Why hide what you are selling? Show them all of the first page and get a faster server - like you used to!!! Hope this helps. I has cost you a lot of my business.
