“The apt was ideally situated, 20 min beautiful walk into town, peaceful and tranquil place. The landlady was delightful and was happy to accommodate our leaving tine, the apartment was clean and well equipped, was well informed about amenities nearby. Would return and would recommend it.”
“The flat was comfy and well stocked. The welcome pack was very much appreciated. The secure parking was a bonus,however the parking place was tight when an people carrier is parked next to you.The flat is located near to Meadow Bank shopping area where Sainsburys is located.
We found the bus services into the centre were very frequent and cheap in comparison to where we live. I would certainly recommend this flat to friends.”
“Well presented flat with good views of the water of Leith. Within waking dishes of good places to eat and 10 minutes to Britannia and Ocean Terminal. Excellent bus service. (Edinburgh buses don't give change). Only draw back was noise from neighbours.”

The good: location, price, and size
The less than good: depending on which side of the flat you're on, the noise level varied...walls were thin and you can hear the main door slamming (2 floors below) in the front room. In the back rooms it was quiet, with the only noise from birds squawking in the morning.”

Near Haymarket, we were away from the centre but only a few minutes on the bus (we got a weekly pass for our stay)With Lidl and Co-op close by, and Sainsbury's and tesco a little further away, it was perfect. “We found this apartment to be a very clean and well maintained basic apartment.It had a good spacious living room with a small kitchenette at the rear,it also had a very good pull out double bed sofa. the main bedroom was very big and the single bedroom was a good size too.Edinburgh centre is only 15 mins away by bus or taxi from the main street in Newington.which is only a two min walk from the apartment.we would certainly reccomend it for a visit to Edinburgh.”

“Nice flat in a convenient location as far as public transportation is concerned. Very comfortable facility. Needs a new stove, but the rest of the appliances are in good working order. Most are new. The flat is a good value.”
“Decided on a short break to Scotland, we hadn't been before so had no idea of the best location. The apartment couldn't have been any better for what we wanted, great location. Fourth floor but we discovered a back which took you stight out onto the royal mile. The apartment was cosy, clean and comfortable. Will return and if we can stay at "a room with a view"”

“Friendly helpful owners both when dealing via email and face to face at handover. No detail was spared in the flat from wide selection of dvds to a garlic press!!! Nice touches like bottle of wine, flowers, biscuits and milk on arrival. Would definately stay again.”
“Lovely, clean and spacious.There were three adults staying, and wasn't crowded in the slightist; plenty of room. Would recommend to family and friends. The area has good bars and restaurants and is local enough to walk into the city centre. Private parking was an advantage. I would stop at this apartment again.”
