“I live outside of the country and I was very very hesitant on buying quality jewelry all the way from Canada, but it was definitely worth it! I've been hearing great things about this company and went for it .. great communication with customer service, payment was no problem and a smooth process, worth it in my opinion. “The quality of this ring far outshines those of my local and chain jewelry stores. The design is exactly the style I was looking for and I did not find a better price anywhere else, retail stores or online stores. They were very patient with me while I finalized the details in my mind. When the ring was finished, they were not satisfied with it and so they reworked it until it was perfect. It took 2 days longer than expected but at least, I received a PERFECT ring. I truly appreciate their attention to detail and I did not mind the delay at all!”

“You can tell the setters give great consideration to each of their handcrafted designs. A colleague recommended me to stop by this place and take a look before going anywhere else. Glad I did!! I still remember the facial expressions both my family and fiance's family gave when they saw the ring the first time. Shipping was no problem and customer service is super helpful. “I was referred to Edwin Novel's site by a close coworker of mine because she overheard I wanted to buy a new pair of earrings for myself. I went online and purchased these gorgeous radiant cut diamond studs. When they arrived, I automatically tried them on and fell in love. However, I realized that the push-back backings were making my ear lobes a bit irritated. I called in & an agent answered immediately. I explained to her my concern and she was very empathetic to my situation. She guided me on how to do an exchange and upgrade to get push-lock backings (for a fee, but totally worth it) instead. I sent in my studs back and I was notified they had received them and were processing my order. The time frame was incredibly quick and in no time, I received my earrings back! They were much more comfortable than the originals and I couldn't be happier!!!!!!”
