“I have been using EE mobile and broadband. I found this company worst on the planet of earth. No company can be as bad EE. Worst customer service worst network service and worst complaint handling. Never ever recommend EE to anyone.”
“I wanted to leave EE and join 02 network because iv had a bad experience with their service in the past even though I stayed with this network since school (Tmobile) I ordered the iphone6 and they sent me out the iphone6plus!!!! How can they make a huge mistake like this? I am a genuine customer and some would've been pleased or sold the phone and made a profit but I called them and wanted to do a phone swap! However, they said I would have to send my phone off first and it will take up to 5 working days for me to receive the iphone6! I am so angry that I have to suffer for their mistake! I am annoyed that I renewed my contract with this company and their service is so poor!! I ordered the contract by phone but apparently I can't make the phone swap in an EE store because I bought it over the phone. You need to compensate and understand that this is not my fault!! I am walking around with this huge phone and it's pissing me off!”
“for the 2nd time have been billed £55 for data usage. Cant log in to see my bill they say my number isn't recognised. I don't use the data and cant get on to sort this out . DO NOT USE THIS BRAND. They say they cant tell me what data I have used only its data. If you cant tell me what it is Ive used how can you work out the cost if you don't know. Disgusted and have cancelled my direct debit until I get some answers”
“Horrendous customer service. Data add ons being lost, admitted they can't track usage and blame having WIFI button being switched to "on" on my iPhone. Sent a mobile technical team number by EE and was charged £12.30 for the call! When I rang them to query, they denied sending the text (I have proof!) and pretty much called me a liar! Furious and leaving EE. DON'T EVER CONSIDER AS YOUR PHONE SERVICE PROVIDER - THEY ARE TERRIBLE”
“went to change my old Motorola for a Samsung galaxy fame so I could have Bluetooth. this was on Friday they said I needed a new sim and then my phone details and number and £24.84 credit would take up to 24 hours . Saturday we went down and then a boy served us, he said he'd phone and someone on their had entered everything manually so my phone would be sorted in 24 hrs., We went down today , Monday and I can't use my old phone as it's no longer registered and I can't use the new one as I have no credit and I don't know if my old number has been transferred to the new phone or not. A right pain and no phone, it's been a fiasco from start to finish( only it isn't finished yet). Never had problem before changing our phone.”
“Went to get a new SIM card for a lost phone on 21 Oct. at Newcastle u Lyme store. Was told it would take 24 hours for card to become active. After 3 more visits, left card at shop. They gave me a temp card with new number & £5 on it.They phoned on 6th Nov saying card WAS active. Went to collect it - same old story - it wasn't! Another wasted journey. They said it would become active within 24 hours of am Saturday 9th Nov. I said I didn't believe them - would you?
It's now THREE WEEKS since I started this fiasco and...my card still is not working!!
Can't EE get their act together and stop boasting how big they are? Hilary Laine”
“Rubbish mobile broadband, it's always going down, the EE website is always down so I can't check my data usage, data goes down muuch more quickly than it did with TMobile, my text messages won't always send (I live in London!) and I can't always make a call. Don't sign up!”
“Oh the irony of being called by EE customer service today & their own network cuts them off. Shows just how crap their network and customer service is, not even a callback or text to apologise”
