“I actually do have feedback based on my previous purchase. After making payment, I noticed that there was no indication of expected delivery time for the item. There was no information under the “track delivery” tab either. I actually had to call Eezee via phone to enquire about expected delivery time. I think that if your company could give buyers an estimate of the lead time for each item, that would be very helpful. It would be even more helpful if the lead time could be made known to buyers before payment. This is because certain purchases, such as the one I made previously on Eezee, are time sensitive. Apart from that, I found the interface on your platform to be simple and easy to use.”
