“I have not received the product I ordered yet, so can't comment on it. But I do wish to say that I was quite impressed at the support I received from the rep with whom I spoke. She did not try to pressure me to buy and set clear expectations for delivery. I will be happy to update this review to say how well those expectations were met, and also to comment on the product itself.”

“Easy to use sight. Would have appreciated a video on how to measure for window sets i.e whether to use exact measurement of space or whether to reduce measurement to allow for fabric covering. Also not sure what to do with stockingette.”

“It would have been useful to have the following shapes. 1)Ellipse 2)A rectangle where all four corners were rounded across the thickness but the top and bottom were flat. I've chosen what I think is closest to that but it's not quite the same. Also I couldn't quite work out a way to get a waterproof foam.”

“Didn't know there was so much choice! Lots of helpful information, a clear head needed to take it all in. Very tempted to phone and let an expert decide for us but we managed in the end. Looking forward to receipt of our foam pads with the intention of renewing mattresses if all goes well”

“I found it very difficult to get to the correct page on your website. I wanted a "cut to size" piece of LD33 Plastazote but could not find a way of ordering exactly that.... You try, it's not easy! When I found the "cut to specific size" page, Plastazote was not an option, so had to choose Closed Cell. A "cut to specific size" link from each material type would solve this problem, I think. That is why 4/5 stars. Otherwise, good product, good value. Kevin”
