“Overall good website. Video helpful but a bit rushed especially re. measuring. Ordering simple and straightforward but not sure if the pillow will arrive. Clicked to request it but didn’t appear to elicit any response.”

“Didn't know there was so much choice! Lots of helpful information, a clear head needed to take it all in. Very tempted to phone and let an expert decide for us but we managed in the end. Looking forward to receipt of our foam pads with the intention of renewing mattresses if all goes well”

“I found it very difficult to get to the correct page on your website. I wanted a "cut to size" piece of LD33 Plastazote but could not find a way of ordering exactly that.... You try, it's not easy! When I found the "cut to specific size" page, Plastazote was not an option, so had to choose Closed Cell. A "cut to specific size" link from each material type would solve this problem, I think. That is why 4/5 stars. Otherwise, good product, good value. Kevin”

“This is my second order so they can't be that bad. The only improvement I can suggest is to track orders and/or inform me when the delivery is due. I just happened to be in for the last order. I'm not sure what would have happened if I hadn't been there. If not for this I would have given a 5 star rating.”
