“Purchased a combo pack. Didn't hear any follow up correspondence from the order being confirmed for a week. Emailed asking what the situation was only to be told that one of the flavour of cases I'd selected was sold out and I needed to choose another one prior to shipping. That's fine. But why am I the customer the one responsible for chasing up the status of an order when the company has run out of stock? Poor.”

“The web site is easy to use and order from. How ever it advertises deals and when u search flavours you only will have 1 to 2 listed not the whole range. Delivery is very slow over a week and still waiting. I also am fast rated that I ordered three flavours, and you ran out of the flavours so doubled up on the same. Did not see an email till days later saying I had 24 hours to get back to the company to change. But it was too late. Just more frustrating than any thing”
