“It is a terrible company in general. I was convinced to switch to eir for both mobile and broadband and have had nothing but a terrible experience since then. I keep getting charged extra for no reason and I cant do anything about it. This company will do the bare minimum and overall services are terrible compared to the competition. Locks you in with a contract and you can't leave without paying the full amount. Customer support is also terrible. They have no information on anything that is happening and just follow a script with the utmost basic issues. Stay away from this company if possible. I thought Vodafone was bad but after experiencing Eir, I am almost embarrassed for switching to this company. Vodafone was at least helpful when it came to issues (The very few issues that do occur compared to Eir) Do your research, there is a reason this company has horrible reviews!”

I contacted their customer service team eight times, and each interaction was more infuriating than the last. Some representatives blatantly lied to my face, others made empty promises, and a few acknowledged the issue but couldn’t care less about resolving it. Each month, I was assured that the overcharging would stop, yet the bills only grew more outrageous.
This is my second and definitely my last contract with these scammers. Eir’s service is a complete and utter disgrace. They are incompetent, dishonest, and downright fraudulent. I strongly advise anyone considering Eir to run in the opposite direction. This company doesn’t deserve your money or your trust. Avoid Eir at all costs if you value your sanity and your wallet.”

“The worse company ever,even though i did everything by the book and closed my contract they still send me bills to pay and pay,these robbers! I try to call customer service but guess what,not being their client anymore you can't speak with any operator. Not only did they take over two weeks to schedule an installation, they cancelled the installation the day before due to an error on their end and they refused to make it right. Zero care or regard for their customers and just awful customer service. Avoid them at all cost.”

Now they want more payments for 2024 .I owe rip of eir nothing .they are a sceaming company. Would never have any thing to do with air again . “If I could give them no stars I would , We have been with this company for years then last year we said we were cancelling as times are tough they reduced the bill then with in a month it was higher than originally they said it was the government they had no choice . “Terrible service, if I wasn't signed into contract I would leave.
Reported broadband outage advised this was due to storm in area .4 days later still no service contacted eir again advised outage repaired but not my service as they had no way of checking!!!!., also advised at this stage fault had not been logged.To say I never experienced such poor service...continuously fobbed off some agents more polite than others but no satisfactory solution. Now have to wait 3 working days for technician which has weekend in between.

“Day light robbery. Moved the house within same city and for the first bill after home move they charge 62 euro which they named part period charges which the customer care person or their retail shop staff were unable to explain . Then the customer care suggests that they can reduce 20 euro from this 62as a complement.”
“I will never ever use Eir again even if they offered me 10 years for free. They lie and rob!! They tried to charge me for not returning the modem on time (70e+), which I did return. It took months of phone calls, visits to the shop, every customer assistant (assistant...how ironic) had a different version. Then they tried to charge me for not returning the temporary modem called tower (150e+) which I returned on time again multiple trips to the shop, phone calls, waiting 40mins and more to be connected. Now I finally cancelled on time- 30days notice exactly, promised a refund and got what? another bill for early cancellation (70e). It will probably take another hours of phone calls, the Eir shop staff do not deal with any customer service any more (no wonder), there is 5 of them in each shop standing there bored and fed up. DO NOT GO FOR EIR, they will rob you blind if you don't watch them.”

Their technician came 3 times and every time he was missing something he needed to get, then 4 times after that they just changed the appointment dates for no reason. So after 7 attempts I still have no connection!
This is by far the worst service provider I ever dealt with!!”
