“I recently purchased a Dimplex electric fireplace online after careful discussion with salesman who reviewed the attributes of evolve model. The order process was quite easy and the shippping was expedited quickly. Unfortunately the local shipper who delivered the fireplace was unable to safely transport this product without concern of damage. I reached out to the customer support and was contacted the next day by the original salesman and after relatively short review of the circumstances arranged another new fireplace would be sent without any additional charge. Indeed this second fireplace was shipped rapidly and different arrangements for picking up this package at the shippers dock was made which allowed safe delivery to my home. I was frankly amazed how excellent the customer support performed and as well as being timely. I would highly recommend this company and use them again in preference to other dealers.”

“Purchase was easy and appreciated the discount for signing up. Ordered Sunday, showed up on Wednesday. Had small issue with LTL shipment though no fault of EFP. Sent an email and got a call back within two minutes. Customer service is top notch.”

“We are very happy with this fireplace! The flame looks realistic and I like how you can change the brightness and intensity with the app. It was super easy for our contractor to install, is light weight and a good quality for the price compared to others we were looking at. Very excited for cozy movie nights and get togethers - you won't regret getting this!”

“Our electric fireplace arrived about 10 days after we ordered, and it was sent from across the US by FedEx freight, so that’s pretty good! Electric Fireplaces Plus had the best deal because of their available coupons and ordering was simple! The product is not installed quite yet, but looks good. No damage inside the box, and it’s the correct product model! I’m excited to get it installed!”

“We bought the Dimplex Ignite XL 60" Built In | Wall Mount Linear Electric Fireplace | XLF60. This was bought for our new addition. We like the fireplace because we liked all of the features that it comes with. It looks great in the new great room. Am glad that we got this model because it fits and looks great. We love it”

“I was very impressed with our purchase. After it shipped, I expected it to be a few days for the large package to get to us. Nope. The same day, the delivery company called me to schedule to deliver the next morning. They showed up right at the scheduled time and then delivered the pallet to the location I wanted it. Electric Fireplaces Plus had the absolute best price compared to all other sites I checked and free delivery. It was an awesome purchase. We love the modern flame!”
