“I was a bit skeptical to buy from a website without physically seeing the item first. We wanted to convert from wood burning to electric. Cleaner air, and less work for 2 older ladies. After careful measuring, I placed the order and received it 5 days later. It is beautiful. Way better then I thought it would be. Even my neighbors with wood burning fireplaces can't believe how great it looks. Thank you so much!”

“Ordering our Orion Traditional 42” fireplace was a great experience with Electric Fireplaces Plus. They had the best price available and the shipping was quick- ordered on Wednesday and received Monday morning! It’s always nerve wracking to spend a significant amount of money on an e-commerce site, but it ended up being a fantastic experience. “BUY...THIS...FIREPLACE... and buy it from ELECTRIC FIREPLACES PLUS!!! The delivery was fast and easy, the unit was well packaged and in pristine condition and the cherry on top was getting it at the best price anywhere. I've been researching electric / virtual fireplaces for about one year and had come to the conclusion that currently there is no better, more realistic unit than the Modern Flames Orion line. The flame appearance is the BEST on the market because it was developed from real flames and allows you to choose from wood flames or gas flames (so you can change the feel of your fireplace depending on the occasion), the crackling fire sounds (I love sitting in front of a real campfire and listening to the sounds) and the different down-lighting / up-lighting colors means you can never get tired of this unit. I couldn't wait to test it out, so I gave it a test run before completing the wall mount build out and was blown away. It's not an inexpensive fireplace, but it will not become outdated anytime soon (or ever) so it is a worthwhile investment if you care as much about esthetics as the heating function. Thanks to Electric Fireplaces Plus for offering such a great product at such an excellent price!”

“Overall very happy. Delivered in the time frame they promised. It was well packaged and arrived without damage. Install was pretty easy. I was having a lot of electrical work done so I ended up having him hardwire it while he was around and he installed a wall switch. I like that the wall switch turns it back on to the previous mode so you don’t have to switch it every time you turn it off. Some mentioned the fan being loud but I don’t think it’s much louder than any other fireplace heater fans I’ve had. It def looks good for an electric fireplace, it’ll never replace a real flame, but it does a good job.”

“We love it. I was a bit hesitant to pull the trigger because there are so many options at an under $200 pricepoint, but our usable space only allowed for 18" leaving this as our only option. Once we got it situated, we agreed that, comparison aside, it is most definitely worth what we paid.”

“This was the largest and quickest shipped item I have ever ordered online. From the order to delivery, there were no issues. My contractor was starting on a Monday with very short notice and asked to have the fireplace onsite that week. I ordered it first thing Monday morning to ship to Florida and had it by Wednesday afternoon. The carrier wheeled it right into the garage and was super pleasant which is rare today. Thank you!”

“Very good service. Their chat person was helpful. We could not see this product locally and were concerned about purchasing a product without seeing it first. Shipping was fast with a courteous driver. Communication was very good. This unit is for a new build and will not be permanently installed for several months. We sat the unit up temporarily in front of our existing fireplace. We are very pleased with the look and quality of this electric fireplace. Thank you.”
