“I had an extremely frustrating experience with Sway (formerly Returnmates) which is the logistics company Element uses. Their customer service and delivery process are shockingly poor. I had a package that required an adult signature upon delivery, but the drivers never even attempted to deliver it. Twice now, they’ve claimed they couldn’t deliver because of a "gate code" issue. The problem? I don’t live behind a gate—I live in a house on a public street.
When I contacted their customer service team (via the text message they initially sent me), they were incredibly unhelpful. Despite replying directly to their text, they claimed they “couldn’t find my delivery.” After arguing back and forth for a while, they finally located the delivery but rescheduled it—for midnight! Keep in mind, the package requires a signature, so delivering at that time is completely impractical.
This entire ordeal has been so aggravating that it has completely soured my view of Element Vape.
To resolve this issue, I am requesting the return of my shipping fees and reimbursement for the costs of repurchasing the product from another vendor. An apology from sway for this terrible experience would also be appreciated. This level of service is unacceptable, and I strongly discourage any business or consumer from using Element Vape.”

“My order is now past 31 days in transit where the last update states that my package is in a city an HOUR away from me and has been stuck there for the last 13 days with no updates. All I got was an automated message from support telling me I have to wait even longer and refused to refund even if my order is well beyond their supposed delivery window. I've ordered from them multiple times with success thinking I would never get scammed, but here we are. I live in Texas.”
“I placed a order on January 6th, 2025 and todays date is January 20th, as of today there is still no tracking updates, I got 2 new starter pack rigs, 4 bottles of E-Juice and 2 extra multipacks of coils. Today I started looking online into this and the way this company ships, if you don’t live on the western side of the USA then they WILL take 4 WEEKS to get to you, I’m not saying this is a bad site to use, if I wasn’t getting new rigs then I probably wouldn’t even care, Im writing this review for people on the East Coast, USA”
“I've ordered from element vape 8 times and have never had a problem; timely shipping, good prices, etc. However, this time(order#11082592587), i noticed they shipped my order to a previous address when i changed new billing/shipping address before i placed my order. Their system is glitchy bc it keeps defaulting to previous address. just now i attempted to change billing address, but even after saving, it defaulted to my delivery address. What i want to know is how was Element Vape able to receive my payment? My billing/shipping address was incorrect! According to them in an automated message to me yesterday when after i sent a message, "my addresses weren't changed when i placed my order". This infuriates me! First off, i do not appreciate an automated message; and second; I DID CHANGE MY ADDRESSES BEFORE PLACING MY ORDER! I'm in need of the new mod i ordered ASAP, and i have to wait for my order to be returned to them?! Furthermore, I can't get in touch with them to fix this address issue i'm having. I won't order from them again unless this issue is addressed!”
“Will never order again from them. I think I’d have faster shipping from china. 15 dollars shipping to go to this company better trucks and then the post office. Crazy for them to charge this much just so they can pay as little as possible for shipping and make more profit.”
“They use a company called GLS to delivery the goods. GLS is a pathetic company that does not deliver on time or provide accurate delivery times. They claim to to deliver but then make the excuse that the customer was not home. I have proof from my ring door bell, that GLS did not come on the days and times they posted. Scam delivery service.”
