“I received my artwork from Elephant Stock and am thoroughly please with it! My package arrived carefully boxed and protected, and in excellent condition. The artwork frame consturction is light but sturdy, and the artwork images are colorful, and a more than a satisfactory match to how they appeared on line. I also want to commend Cynthia for her personal attention. I mistakenly ordered an incorrect frame and there was a misunderstanding with the original shipment, but Cynthia handled my return, refund, and replacement promptly and courteously, and in no time I had my new artwork. Elephant Stock is a top-notch company providing quality artwork with multiple design options at reasonable prices, and they stand behind their promise to guarantee customer satisfaction. I look forward to ordering another piece of artwork from Elephant Stock in the very near future.”

“I received a damage item. I was told that I could get a full refund. I have not heard back from anyone about the refund. I already sent pictures and this is why it was determined, on your end about the refund.”
