“When I ordered my first painting it arrived damaged. I wanted a replacement but was told that when my return was approved I would be able to request that option. I'm not sure how that was supposed to happen, I didn't see that option given. I loved the painting so I reordered it but had to pay considerably more for it. I was disappointed that I couldn't just replace it for the same price as the original. I have since received my new order and am very happy with it but I am still annoyed at the increased price. I think that you should review the return policy to include replacements of damaged goods at the original price. Thank you, Pam”

“I love the picture but the frame was delivered broken in the right hand corner. I had two separate orders for two pictures. The second order was paid for and I received a thank you for your oder. No tracking number. I have called, emailed and left a voice message with zero response.”

“Very disappointed. I didn’t purchase a photograph 70”x40” to be rolled up and I had to put together. I paid all its $300.00 for this piece. I expected it to be delivered and ready to be hung. I don’t want to my time building and hiring it done. I’m returning it on Monday.”
