“The customer service I received from Elephant Art was exceptional. I have ordered 3 canvas prints from them, and I was very pleased with the quality of each piece. I needed to return one of the prints just because the color was not quite right. The return process was seamless with appropriate emails that kept me updated in a timely manner for my refund. I would not hesitate to recommend this company.”

“First of all, the art is not "canvas", it is rather a fabric that has printed art on it! Comes rolled up with a box of unassembled frame, and not "ready to hang" as indicated. Misleading.”

Hi Doug, Sorry to hear about the confusion with the product. The description should clearly reflect that it’s a fabric piece printed on material and that it arrives unassembled and not ready to hang as stated. Our support team has already reached out to you directly to review your order and assist with the next steps. We appreciate your patience and the opportunity to make this right. Kind regards, Team Elephant Stock
