“When I received the pillows, one pillow was not in plastic, and the zipper was halfway down and stuck. I wondered what was going on but my husband fixed the pillow was able to zip it up and everything was fine. But at first, I thought the zipper was broken. I couldn’t get it up. So all is well I just wondered why that pillow came in that condition. Otherwise, I was quite pleased with the colors and the and the quality.”

“Order arrived today. However, the wrong size was sent. I ordered a 38 x 24 set of three and a small 24x13 was sent. I reached out to customer service and got a voicemail. Next, I submitted a request through the chat to discuss the error. After explaining and providing all of the requested information- I was prompted to submit a request for “exchange” through the refund portal and explain that it should be replaced due to the size error. However, there is no option for exchange - only refund. I do not want a refund- I want what I paid for. I would like to receive what I paid for without a lot of hassle and headache of jumping through multiple hoops. Mistakes happen. But good customer service should follow YOUR company mistake and should be handled in a professional manner- not having your customer do all of the leg work for your incompetence. This order was meant for a birthday gift for my husband- I suppose I need to go shopping! Disappointed. Andrea”

“We received delivery of the Overlaps Wall art today. When initially opening the box, we took notice of the exceptional care taken in packaging of the art, especially on each corner of the frame. Unfortunately, we were dissatified with the colors of the Overlaps canvas artwork we had selected from the Elephant website. The colors of the Overlap canvas wall art were muted/dull in relation to how vibrant they appeared on the website. More specifically, we were dissapointed in the gold tones in the artwork. Instead of gold, which we had hoped would stand out in the canvas, it had more of a yellow and tone to it.”

“I was nervous about ordering online without actually seeing the product. Upon unpacking I was very happy with my framed print. It arrived in a timely fashion and was very well packaged. Looks just as advertised. It is a very lightweight for it's size due to the use of materials, but it does not look cheap.”
