“Was surprised by how long it took for my order to arrive but now that I know this, it will be fine for future orders. The canvas prints I received are good quality and the colors are great. Framing very good. Instructions for hanging are very helpful. Loved the toothpaste tip.”

“The picture arrived with a frame that wasn’t put together properly and protruded out the front of the canvas. I notified customer service and after a few go around having to send duplicate photos and responding to many emails, I was refunded. Very disappointed.”

“Outstanding product, I have never seen such professional packing of my wall art. From foam protective corner cushions to shrink wrap and protective cardboard boxing the artwork arrived via FEDEX promptly . Can not say enough that the floating frame and walmut frame add that extra bling to the framed art! Really pleased with ElephantStock you will be proud of their products.”

“My order took longer than I thought it would take since the ad said your PRINT would leave the warehouse in 3 to 5 days. When my picture arrived, it was damaged. That was no fault of elephant stock, that was the fault of the carrier. It was rather frustrating when I went online to report the damage. I chose to have the return placed on a gift card because I wanted to simply re-order the same picture over. I did not receive any instructions when I did the initial return on how to redeem my gift card so that I could immediately re-order my picture. I had to wait three days before I received an email giving me the instructions on how to use my gift card.”

“No one reached out to me when I requested options. I did receive communication on returning the art. I got FedEx return authorization emailed to me. I do appreciate the fast return around time. I still don’t know why there is such a massive discrepancy between the image on the website and what I received. Concern of this. Is this common with all the art work? Buyer beware.”

“On day 13 I reached out to customer service because it showed still waiting for courier pick up. They responded same day and apologized and said they would send another right away. The next morning I received text that print was being delivered that day. Issue was not ElephantStock but USPS but ES stepped right up to correct the issue. Absolutely love the print!!”
