“The artwork is fabulous, however the frame came dented and I contacted customer service, and their reply was quick, however I relized Im in an AI chat and cant get a REAL PERSON to connect with. I have has ZERO help in getting this issue resolved. Agaim. the asrtwork is great the sertvice so far has been minimal. I dont see a phone number anywhere to call the comapny directly”

“Ordered a push pin map and realized within minutes of my order that the personalized name was wrong. Says you hav 24 hours to edit or cancel item. Unable to get a hold of someone other than an AI MESSSGE in return. Could not get a live chat. After finally speaking to someone I was assured it was fixed. Received my map and the name was never fixed. Again still waiting for a call back and a new item to be ordered. Unacceptable way of doing business. I should receive my money back after such issues.”
