“Three of four prints came with print edges behind the metal tabs. I had to rip paper backing to push them in correctly. One of the prints is not fixable. One of the four frames came with scratches and marks on it. I can not recommend these guys at all.”

“The picture is beautiful, but the frame is damaged. I’ve sent pictures and heard back from AI confirming the shipping damage, but I don’t know for sure what’s happening to replace it or if I should send this one back??”
