“5 stars because the canvas & the frame & painting is beautiful. Unfortunately I chose a gold frame. i have no eye for color and the gold doesn't look good with the orange flowers. This is entirely my fault. i wish that you provided advice for choosing frames. Great job Elephant staff. Bad choice on my part.”

“MY ORDER #769842 WAS FOR A CANVAS PRINT BUT A ROLLED PRINT WAS SHIPPED TO ME. I DID NOTACCEPT THE SHIPMENT FROM FED EX. I INSTRUCTED THE FED EX DRIVER TO RETURN THE SHIPMENT, 11:45 AM 5/27/2026 PLEASE REFUND MY PAYMENT OF $4110.47 MY ORDER WAS PLACED ON 5/5/2026”

“I have had a series of C. Paul Brent prints for my beach cottage. After 15 years, one of mine was so badly faded I never thought I would find another. Just by search, I found you by accident and found a print that matches my repainted room perfectly!”

“I ordered a 29x43 framed canvas piece. It arrived quickly, but two corners of the artwork were rubbed/scraped leaving them white. I submitted pictures of the damaged canvas and the box it arrived in. The response from ElephantStock was quick and decisive. A replacement piece was sent out without delay. I do love what was ordered, it’s beautiful and I would not hesitate to order from them again.”

“I received the abstract picture, but the colors were not as described in the listing. The description stated blue/gray tones, but the picture I received was blue/brown. I decided to keep it because I did not want the hassle of returning it, but I am disappointed that the item was not accurately represented. Unfortunately, I would not purchase from this seller again.”

“The pictures and frames are great. However, they were poorly prepared for shipping and both pictures have unacceptable indentations from the extremely tight wrapping. I'm considering returning and requesting a refund. Very disappointed.”
