“My picture arrived in excellent condition and I love it. I began my professional aviation career in the DC-3 in 1967 and those memories are gold to me now. I relive those memories in flashbacks every time I walk past the picture. Thank you for the picture and a chance to remember the people, places and adventures I had flying the Queen of the sky’s, The Douglas DC-3.”

“I had no intention of sending in a review because it didn’t seem like it would be nice to do so. I now have received several requests to do a review and so I guess I will. My order cost nearly $600 and was comprised of a bunch of photos of my recently deceased 28-year-old son. The pictures were gifts for the family of him and they were planned for the big Christmas trip that we were taking across the country. I even planned to drive so I could take them with me in the car. Well, the last of the pictures arrived two days ago. Yes, in March. They were ordered in November. And I’m still frustrated. I was told that the issue was that they had sent me an email about a duplicate shot and that they couldn’t finish until I answered them about that but that was only one picture out of like 15 or 20. I also never could find the message asking for that. So, the pictures are beautiful and I will be able to give them out at Easter. I guess. My least favorite is the collage because it’s too small of pictures. They need to be bigger. I do love the work, but it was sure a lot of communication to finally end up getting my artwork.”

“I may update my review later, but for now I’m disappointed. Received the piece today and the frame is completely damaged. I tried calling to speak to a person and after a 5 min hold was asked to leave VM. I did chat with the AI assistant and was told I’d get a new one sent to me but no time frame.”
