“I was shocked at the poor quality of the artwork printed on the cavas! Thomson is my fave artist and I was waiting breathlessly for this to hang on my wall. I’m disappointed and already tore up the box and don’t feel like getting wrapping or boxing this piece and I don’t want to pay for shipping. 😣”

“We rec’d a picture that had what looks like a piece of sand in the glass. We are trying to get in exchanged or returned but your process for exchange is difficult to understand. Doing that process over the phone would be much simpler but there is no phone contact that we can find. We would appreciate a call from customer service our number is 217-417-3741 We tried to follow the online instructions by it wasn’t clear on exchanges. We are waiting to hear back from you on how your handling our concern.”

“I love my picture but the first one I ordered was the wrong size. Also, the corner was damaged.They say it’s free returns, but they did not refund the shipping which was a lot! Should have ordered from Amazon, which is total free returns.”

“5 stars because the canvas & the frame & painting is beautiful. Unfortunately I chose a gold frame. i have no eye for color and the gold doesn't look good with the orange flowers. This is entirely my fault. i wish that you provided advice for choosing frames. Great job Elephant staff. Bad choice on my part.”
