“Not happy at all with my order … it’s not even close to the size I expected. I thought I was getting 3 panels measuring 23”x14” each (even my receipt says 3/23”x14”). But what I received were 3 tiny panels that when put together only measure 14”x21” total). This was supposed to be a Christmas gift for my Dad, who is 88 and just remarried (she’s 92) in August. I too am a widow and remarried in September, so we took them on a honeymoon in the mountains with us. This is a photo my Dad took on a day there that my new stepmom described as “one of the best days of her whole life”. I got this to put over their fireplace, but this is so small it would look ridiculous. I called the phone number for customer service and sat on hold for a long time until an automated message told me there was no one available, and to open a chat through their website, and then hung up on me. So I went to their chat, which informed me that it is an AI Chatbot, and there I got a message that it would not be available until 1 AM and to leave my email address. So there doesn’t seem to be a way to reach anyone for help. I am definitely not a happy customer! That said, the actual quality of the pieces are nice, and having been the correct size would have likely garnered a five star review … but I’d minus a star or two for customer service availability. So, buyer beware!”
