Hi Heather, Thanks for the feedback. We're glad the canvas is well done, and sorry to hear the US states aren’t visible for the push pins. If you’d like us to look into this further, please contact our support team.

“I think the picture of the United States and plans for places we have been to is perfect. We are giving it to him on Father's Day and I know he will love it..”

“Thank you for inviting me to get my opinion. I must say the scene that I selected is very pretty. But I have to be honest: I’m a little disappointed in the quality of the material that the image was printed upon. And the staples in the back of the canvas seemed very flimsy to be able to hold that canvas on the frame long-term. Thank you for inviting me to share with you my opinion.”

“Never bought art online before. I had my concerns because I bought a 70 x 48 print. Looks fantastic. Easy to put together and hang. From opening the package to cleaning up it only took about 30 min.”

“Loved the picture I selected. Too bad it arrived damaged. For such a long frame, it could’ve used more protection.”

We’re very sorry to hear that your frame arrived damaged and that the packaging did not provide enough protection during transit, especially for a longer frame. We completely understand how frustrating and disappointing this must have been. Our team has already processed your refund, and we truly appreciate you bringing this experience to our attention. Your feedback is incredibly valuable and will be shared with our team as we continue working to improve our packaging and shipping process. Thank you again for your patience and understanding.
