“I was verty excited to receive my print and loved it until I saw the dent in the top of the frame. The picture was not packaged in a way to prevent damage. Nothing protecting the frame inside the box. I was very disappointed. However, I was immediately refunded for the purchase price.”

Hi Jeannine, I’m very sorry to hear about the dent and that the packaging did not properly protect the frame during transit. We completely understand how frustrating and disappointing it is to receive an item in that condition, especially when you were expecting it to arrive safely. We truly appreciate you bringing this to our attention, as feedback like yours helps us improve both our packaging and overall customer experience. While we’re glad the refund was issued promptly, we still sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and frustration this situation caused. Thank you again for your patience and understanding.

“Great picture and frame. I could only say that there was a quality issue with the picture in the left-hand corner, where the paint , was white as opposed to orange but nothing to be necessarily upset about.”

“I’m happy with my louie waine cat prints. One of them was framed upside down, but it’s an understandable mistake if you see how crazy the painting is. I can put a new hanger on the other side, no big deal.”
