“Customer service sucks, they don't send proofs before they send the order out, so don't expect one and when you call them it's really hard to even understand what they're saying. And will tell you a supervisor will call you later but they never will they'll just ship your order out. The hangers are all offset none of them are perfectly centered and are not the same height so if you're trying to use a laser and do the math it's going to be wrong because they've already ruined it for you. I've ordered pictures elsewhere before and they came in with a hard board behind the canvas, this company they don't do that so it will be very easy to rip through.”

“I was very pleased with my experience with ElephantStock. The canvas I ordered arrived promptly and was very well packaged. They kept me apprised of the progress of my order every step of the way. The wrapped canvas triptych is beautiful. I will definitely order from them again. I changed the saw hangers to wire because, for me, it's easier to align.”

“I was very impressed with the quality of the canvas prints. I was skeptical of how nice it would turn out considering the price was more than reasonable for the size I purchased. The processing and delivery time were incredibly fast! I also appreciate that they provide hanging guidance with their product. It shows that they take pride in their work and want to make sure it is displayed properly!”
