“I have been shopping on elevate styles for years. I recently ordered 3 wigs. They sent me a wig in the wrong color (the wig they sent me is blue, pretty big mistake to make) and have not responded to my emails asking for them to correct the mistake by taking back the wrong wig and sending me the one I paid for. I’m very dissatisfied with their lack of customer service and the non-practical changes to their website over the years.”

“Poor customer service. Train your staff on that. Also give information of shipping before order. Would not have ordered if I had know how long it would take as I purchased items for an events. Had to wait over two weeks. Also couldn’t get information when trying to chase this.”
