“I have everything Stihl but not too happy with battery lawnmower. The bar to start blades is under handle and is very uncomfortable. I wish for something similar to Toro's variable speed control. I had it on my gas mower and it was a dream! Should probably get Toro but I have all the batteries for stihl!”
“First time using the power sprayer, the two nozzels lost the brass part making the nozzels usless.
No indication of how to get warranty help in Canada. Sent email about the issue, never heard back.”

Regarding warranty support, I understand how important it is to get help quickly. Please take your product to your preferred authorized STIHL dealer for evaluation and repair. If it can be determined that the failure and/or damage to the product was the result of a manufacturing defect in materials or workmanship, the product was correctly registered and is still covered by the STIHL Canada limited warranty, it will be repaired at no cost.

“Extremely Difficult to get a hold of. Not very user friendly website in terms of contacting. I still have not received a response via the "contact us" form and had to resort to using the contact information on the invoice. Which was not the right place to handle issues, so I was rerouted to the proper channel, which is who I should have gotten a hold of in the first place with the "contact us" form.
The equipment (hedge trimmer) works well so far, Purchased mid summer 2024. Blades were very sharp and it trimmed the hedge beautifully. The shape was operator error, but the machine worked as advertised.”
“Ordered on line find it a little heavy after 20 to 30 minutes. Think the nozzle on the blower could have been wedged down a bit more so it had a little more wind power, otherwise it’s okay”
“The products are excellent however my interaction with your office via email was disappointing. I purchased the 2 battery sale item and requested the additional or sale battery be shipped all together. Unfortunately I have to wait for a period of time to get the sale battery. Flexibility never hurts especially when you are dealing with customers who have purchased 4 products.”
“I bought the battery powered trimmer. Works great but the "safety" power button features sequence is confusing and need needs lots of finger dexterity.
Also, the instructions to change the trimmer string is useless. Had to go to utube to get decent instructions.”

“The toy trimmer was a HUGE hit with my 3 yr old son. The toy is fantastic. However... it snapped in half after about a month of playing with it. I contacted customer service and they graciously sent me a new one. Fantastic customer service for that. Unfortunately the replacement trimmer also broke in the same spot, I didn't bother contacting customer service for the 2nd broken one. It's just not a great design I guess. So that's unfortunate.
But! The toy leaf blower has held up great, so get that one instead if you're trying to decide between the two.”
“I always liked STHIL product. But all my batteries for my mini electric chainsaw last me for approximativement 5 mins max. Not very long if hou ask me. But for the 5 mins it cut great lol.”
“Trimmer head is not good. I have gone through three spool retaining clips this summer, $13 each in addition string line. Also, I have burned through two spool heads. They sell them in 3 packs for $29. The fact they sell in multiples is a strong indication they are not durable!! This particular part is almost like what your would expect to find in a very cheap machine. Not durable at all. Of course Stihl products are only sold in small independent shops that are in many cases only open for half a day on the weekend. My next machine will be gas powered by gas.”
“I have had a Kombi System with attachments that help me do things around my yard for years. Here in Winnipeg Mb. Canada we deal with ice on the road and backlanes in the spring. When the melt begins water pools on the backlanes and one must manually chip ice to form a trench for the water to flow toward the storm drain. If I had an ice chipping attachment that I could use on my Kombi it would make life easier. It only has to chip a trench 2 inces wide and if there was a way to also adjust the depth of the cut to prevent chipping the concrete surface I would be happy. Looking forward to the new Stihl Ice Trenching attachment. Thanks Tom.”
