“I purchased a number of products and accessories from STIHL in April 2024. The HSA 26 Shrub Shears stopped working in July. I have made two online requests for product support and received case numbers 200824-B41326162 and 270824-T21335583 but absolutely no feedback from STIHL to date. STHIL dealers have not been able to help either.
ABSOLUTELY NO PRODUCT SUPPORT! VERY DISAPPOINTED!”
“I purchased a battery trimmer online and tried it twice, it wasnโt effective for what I needed for. STIHL Canada said that the only way the trimmer could be returned was it it was never used. How was I to know if the trimmer would work or not without trying it.
They should look at changing the policies on returning a product. I can see if the product is used and abused not taking it back but mine wasnโt it was as clean as when I received it.”
“I have recently purchased a new Stihl lawnmower model RMA 510V. Great mower and a pleasure to use. Would recommend it to anyone. The reason that I only give this review a 2 star is that at time of purchase Stihl had a promotion for a free second battery. Unfortunately, 6 weeks later I am still waiting for that second battery. Without that second battery I am unable to mow larger areas and have to wait every time for a few hours until my battery is recharged again. This is very inconvenient!”
“While the Stihl products I have are of high quality, the ordering process and availbility are not of the same standards.
Ordering intially was challenging. Website didn't work so I had to contact support. Took a few days for support to get back to me. Finally did and we got the trimmer orders. Delivery arrived in a resonable time which was good. When reading the instructions, the recommendation was to get some Hedge Trimmer Blade Cleaner, which seems to be out of stock everywhere in Canada.”

“I took My BR 700 Blower into my local STIHL dealer to get a carb rebuild two months ago, and they still can't seem to get parts I tried to find the part on this website with no luck the owner's manual does not have a parts list either. When the machine works, it works great, but right now it is just a paper weight. I wish I had bought the 600 model, there seems to be more parts available, I doubt if I would buy a STIHL product again.”
