“Dear END Team, I would like to express my sincere gratitude and appreciation for the exceptional work of your employee, Lauren. Lauren provided outstanding support in resolving a delivery issue that could have easily turned into a very long and frustrating process. Thanks to her involvement, professionalism, and persistence, the situation was handled efficiently and successfully. She performed her duties at the highest possible level — not only from a professional and operational standpoint, but also from the perspective of customer psychology and communication. Her calm, clear, and supportive approach made a stressful situation much easier to navigate, and it truly reflects excellence in customer service. I would like to strongly insist that Lauren be recognized for her work. In my opinion, her level of professionalism fully deserves a bonus or financial reward for the value she brought and the way she represented your company. I would also like to thank END as an online store. Throughout the entire period, there were absolutely no issues on your side. The problem I reported was related solely to the offshore delivery service InTime in Croatia — a problem that Lauren successfully helped resolve. “I read with trepidation the reviews after ordering a pair of Birkenstock Arizona. They were out of stock on Birkenstocks own site. But "speak as you find!" The correct shoes were delivered today in the right colour, size and fitting. After only four days, and that was with a bank holiday included. V happy with End, v happy with sandals. I need not have worried.”

“I bought an expensive pair of trainer from End in Soho, London earlier in the year which, after 3 months, broke at the eyelets and were rendered pretty unwearable. I took them to End today and the staff there couldn't have been more helpful. I'd convinced myself that because the trainers were 3 months old, I'd have a problem with returning them. No such issue - the trainers were replaced straight away and problem solved. So impressed by the customer service and attention. Wish all stores were like this. Totally recommend this store.”

“What can I say other than I had the best experience, being served by Jordan on Saturday. He's knowledgeable, polite, and extremely helpful assistant. He went above and beyond to make sure I was happy before purchasing my converse game, all done with a smile on his face. On a separate note, I'm not entirely sure how some of the music being played in the store can be good for ones mental health, I found it very triggering.. I understand the concept/feel you're trying to create but still unsure as to how listening to aggressive beats spitting abusive language 12 hours a day can be good for your staff or even young children who might be in the vicinity. End may want to re-think their music library..”

“Well I would like to say great company I purchase a Gucci bag from the store and I got the bag I also paid for faster shipping and it came in that same week. I'm from the United States great prices I didn't have to contact customer service since they shipped so fast I just had to wait for the package to Fedex.”

“5 stars, couldn't have been a better transaction experience. Purchased the item, it arrived in less than a week (all the way from UK to the US!), and item exactly as described. And at a GREAT price! I had seen some negative reviews prior to buying and was slightly tentative, only to find that those negative reviews were completely inaccurate! Will definitely shop here again!”

“All of the reviews that say it was an awful experience and they paid 75 to.ship things back is so untrue!!! These guys shipped my item priority fed ex within days for no extra charge. Packaged beautifully with a card Inside an envelope with your reciept and details about item. Beautiful Nike's, perfect fit. I will use them over and over! OUTSTANDING SERVICE”

“I bought a pair of boots from END Clothing. To my disappointment, they arrived with a couple of defects. I shipped the boots back to England from Canada the next day. Ruby from END promptly replied to my email regarding a refund for the boots and a reimbursement for the return shipping cost, which was $139.25 CAD. She was courteous and professional in process to resolve this issue. Overall, this was an amazing customer service experience from a company that stands by their items.”
