1-star Google Review for End Clothing Terrible experience with End Clothing. No star should actually be given to them. I spent AUD510.85, but missing a cap (AUD $46) from my order – parcel arrived fully intact with all other items present. Their “investigation” claims the despatching team shipped everything correctly, yet they refused to provide any proof like CCTV footage and clearly didn’t even properly read or follow up on my complaint. Just sent generic protocol emails to fob me off, showing zero care for customers or the money we spend. As a long-time loyal customer of 8 years, this is unacceptable. I’ve completely lost trust – you have no control over whether you’ll actually receive what you paid for, and they simply don’t care. Will never buy again and strongly warn everyone to avoid them.

Incapable to maintain their own stock - happend to me several times that i place an order just to get without any comment a refund notice days later - once I even had to make them aware I placed an order and wanted to know the pending reason and the answer where in all cases „we looked but could not find your item“…very professional. As if that would not be embarrassing for a company enough they lire you in with campaign codes that do not work - horroble and would never ever recommend to anyone

I’m honestly not sure whether to laugh or cry — this is an unprecedented situation I’ve never found myself in (and never thought I would). I ordered a pair of END. x Moncler Trailgrip Après High Snow Boots (Women’s) and was sent two left shoes from the same pair. Because the boots are quite chunky, it wasn’t immediately obvious when they arrived. I only realised after travelling overseas for a winter trip and attempting to wear them properly — at which point they were, of course, completely unwearable. I contacted customer service as soon as I discovered the issue and even suggested a practical solution: if they could locate the matching right shoe, I would happily ship one of my left shoes back as a trade so the pair could be made wearable. Unfortunately, I’ve received no reply or resolution to date. At this price point, this is a serious quality control failure. Surely somewhere in the warehouse there are two right shoes wondering where their left counterparts went. The boots themselves look great, but the lack of follow-up has been extremely disappointing and has significantly affected my confidence in ordering again.

I paid £210 for an order that I never received. END claims the delivery was “compliant” even though I did not authorise a safe place and the parcel was not delivered to me. Customer service refused to investigate properly and simply told me to contact the police, then closed the case. Very disappointing response and no accountability for a failed delivery. I would not recommend based on this experience.

Absolute shambles, I've been waiting well over a week to get a refund enquiry responded too. There are much better retailers around who care about their customers. It's a shame, they used to be quite good. Avoid like the clap!

Rotten customer services. I received £100 in a voucher that hasn't worked and I have to wait an entire day before I get a response in the chat. I get a response and then have to wait another whole day, when each rep asks me to do the same thing in order to make the voucher work. It doesn't work. No one is finding me a solution.

I wouldn't even give it a 1. The clothes ( 2 sweaters ) are horrible quality. I asked to return, took photos of the junk they sent, only to receive a reply saying, sorry! sorry uou don't like, I will report your issue.

Returned Items lost by store/warehouse in transit. No Refund Issued. Avoid this company. I am extremely frustrated with my experience dealing with endclothing.com. I returned multiple items from two separate orders (which I had bought online on their website) to their Central London store on August 11 and 14 respectively. All items were handed directly to store staff, who inspected them, took photographs, and issued email confirmations, which I received immediately. I also personally photographed some of the items during the return. Despite this, I have still not received refunds for most of the items. When I contacted customer service, I was told there is “no record” of my returned items, and therefore, they cannot process the refund. This is completely false and unacceptable given the store’s own photographic evidence, email confirmations, and the fact that the items were physically returned in-store. I was even advised to check with Royal Mail, which is irrelevant since the items were never posted. Customer service has been unhelpful, inconsistent, and dismissive, leaving me out of pocket and extremely frustrated. For a store that claims to have a reliable returns process, this experience demonstrates a complete lack of accountability and poor customer service. I strongly caution others before shopping here and urge the company to take responsibility and resolve these issues promptly.

This company told me nothing about any duty fees I would be paying on top of the purchase. There was 0 notice 0 updates and 0 communication on additional fees that I would be responsible on top of the purchase amount. Terrible customer service as I work in the industry and this is not something that should be happening. Not to mention almost 70 dollars on one single item.

Ordered a NANGA jacket in size S from END Clothing, expecting European sizing as standard for UK retailers. Received Japanese size S which equals European XS - completely unwearable. The real problem: Zero disclosure on their website that this item uses Japanese sizing. Other retailers (ka-yo.com) sell identical NANGA products in proper European sizing. Customer service disaster: When I contacted them with proof and screenshots, they dismissed my complaint entirely. Claimed I "should have known" it was Japanese sizing despite NO indication anywhere on their product page. Refused to cover return shipping costs for THEIR misleading product information. Currently pursuing formal dispute resolution due to their complete refusal to take responsibility. This is unacceptable business practice - misleading customers then blaming them for the confusion. Avoid END Clothing unless you enjoy gambling on what size you'll actually receive.

Won a raffle. I get a email that my package was shipped and delivered. I reach out to customer service about my missing package. They start a line of questioning about if it was stolen. Then demand I go to authorities and get a police report before they’ll help. I then get a call from fedex that package was never shipped and was signed for my End employee. Then story changed to tariffs and they couldn’t actually ship. Still never refunded. That required another email. Just bad experience start to finish.

I had a terrible experience with this company due to a missing item in my order. The package had been tampered with in a way that wasn’t immediately obvious, and the item was clearly stolen. Because of the shipping method used (FedEx), only the shipper could file a claim. However, this company refused to submit a claim on my behalf and also refused to provide a waiver allowing me to file one myself. While they confirmed with FedEx that no external damage was noted during delivery, they never actually filed a claim—even after I personally verified this with FedEx. At the end of the day, I’m left without the item I paid for, and the company has done nothing to resolve the issue. Extremely disappointing customer service.

They sent wrong item due to their fault. I sent back and requested to exchange for a CORRECT item. They bothered me with lengthy procedures and keeping me waiting for a number of weeks. Finally they made an excuse of the item is out of stock and disappointed you after weeks.

Pls do not buy from this company, worst customer service in history They will send you standard emails and will not look into you complaint I still have over 1000 pounds with them and have not received a refund for over 4 weeks and counting If you know what is good for you do not buy from the company, I assure you will regret it like me

They sneakily claim "free returns" with labels across the screens even as you browse from the Australian site, even claim free returns in the confirmation screen of your order, but they don't tell you it is actually free ONLY in the UK after you start a returns claim. Then you have to pay to return items, in my case $85 aud to send back a pair of runners that were too big (not TTS). Oh and I also paid for shipping $27 AUD, so i've paid $112 for the enjoyment of absolutely nothing. I contacted them to complain but the customer service person played dumb, directing me to returns processes and not answering my question when I specifically sent a screen shot of the "free returns" in my confirmation screen of the order.

I ordered two pairs of shoes from END Clothing, and one pair was too big. When I tried to return them, I found out that return shipping is the customer's responsibility. I went to the post office, and the return cost was outrageous—almost half the price of the shoes! I asked END Clothing to create a return label for me, offering to pay for it, but they flat-out refused. Their customer service is terrible and unhelpful. This company doesn’t care about its customers; they only want to sell you stuff and then leave you hanging. It’s sad to see such careless behavior. I wouldn’t recommend buying from this platform. It’s a total scam!
