Stay away!!! Bunch of thieves Paid 50€ code does not work, customer service does not respond

Unprofessional, unhelpful and poor customer service. Ordered a key from them which had already been claimed. Sent them all the evidence so the problem could be resolved. They kept replying to me saying I needed to respond, I did so every time. They suddenly closed my case, after me responding to them each time they asked (including all the evidence every time). Couldn't believe it, never seen a company try to sweep a problem under the carpet like this. 100% avoid and take your service elsewhere.

Hello, I have been using Eneba for quite a couple of years now, and the experience has always been positive, until of course recently - since the beginning of this year, I have been having several issues. Before, it was smooth and I had no issues, but now, the bar for their quality control has sunk down. From my last 3 purchases I had 2 issues. The first issue was when I ordered a PlayStation Network card for my US account. Their system did not have a problem charging my card, but had a problem "delivering my key". Which prompted me to open a ticket. I opened a ticket and within 2 hours I receive my key. Very fishy! After that I made one more purchase and it was successful, but the last purchase experience was just nothing like I have ever seen before. I purchased a PlayStation Network card, which is always 12 numbers/letters, and I received a 16 number/letter key which, clearly doesn't work, as Sony requires 12 number/letter keys. So I opened a ticket, which is automatically with a "low" priority (I guess they don't prioritize you ladies and gentleman that lost your money but got scammed with a false key). So I have been waiting for 3 hours now, and I wanted to purchase something on a the Summer Sale. So they got my money, made me open a ticket and plastered it with "low" priority. Very poor customer experience this time, and I felt obligated to warn others. Ladies and gentlemen, it is clearly a tremendous and uncertain gamble spending your money here. I understand this is platform where sellers can scam us, but you have no right to allow sellers to sell us keys that do not even match the max (in my case 12 numbers/letters keys). I got generated a sham number by the seller and now I am forced to visit my bank tomorrow and make a chargeback against Eneba. A shame... UPDATE: After waiting for 6 hours, I went to their discord, DM'ed my Ticket, and got a response that I have to wait 72 hours for the seller to review my claims. So basically, instead of taking responsibility, they all started pounding on me and attacking me. Even if it is clear that the seller has send me a 16 digit key for a platform that requires 12 digit keys, they are not making him responsible for his lies and damaging actions. I tried my best to make them understand why this is not okay, and how it is a tremendous hole in their system. Guess what they did? Permanently banned me from the Discord. This is nothing surprising. Moderators/Administrators, drunk with power can simply abuse customers with no precaution. Eneba has proven to me, a loyal customer, that they do not care very much about us loyal customers. They threat the sellers with priority, even if it is obvious they are scamming/lying to you. They will charge you money and not deliver your product. They will hold your money and you hostage, and there is nothing you can do, except call a lawyer and defend your rights and your honor. Do not shop at Eneba. There is a high chance, more than 50% every purchase that you will be taken hostage by these ungrateful, rude and aggressive people who are taking your hard earned cash and simply disrespect you in your face.

Should of done more research. Scam site, send a code that is not even 25 digits. Contact your credit card company and flag them!

Complete scam website. Sold multiple used steam codes and refused to do anything about it. They know what they're doing and they don't care. AVOID

Their customer service is horrible! They sold me a code for 12 months of xbox live and when I inputted the code it didn't work. I emailed them and they had me send a few screenshots of my account and a couple other things. I did this and they wanted me to send some more screen shots, so I did. Then they wanted me to contact Microsoft and this is where they really got ridiculous. Microsoft due to covid is extremely hard to get a hold of. The instructions they sent me to get a hold of microsoft were outdated and I was unable to get a hold of an actual person from microsoft. They stated that until I did there was nothing they could do for me. That's ridiculous, I literally spent hours between screenshots and trying to get into contact microsoft, doing Eneba's job. I bought a code, it didn't work, why should I have to jump through hoops for Eneba's mistake? They were never going to give me my money back and sold me a bum code! They're no better then thieves and I'll never do business with them again!

Very skeptical of the other reviews of this website on Trustpilot. I found this company because of a deal posted on SlickDeals.com. The deal was for Xbox game pass 7 and 14 day codes- though because the SlickDeals poster could only link to one, they linked to the 7 day code. Within the comments of the deal, an actual representative from ENEBA commented. They claimed that the code (did not distinguish which type of code) would work for all users, new or existing Xbox customers. Seeing this, I purchased several codes only to find they could not be redeemed. When I contacted Xbox, they told me that these codes could not in fact be used for existing users. I quickly contacted ENEBA for a refund. I provided screenshots, an explanation of the problem, and even pointed out that an ENEBA representative had assured buyers that the codes would work for existing users- but ENEBA still refuses to give a refund for this order because I opened the digital code. This is not the way to treat a customer. I’ll be looking for every place I can to spread the word about this company’s deception.

How these guys are constantly able to get away with selling duplicate/used codes is beyond me. I'm glad there's actually some genuine reviews here and I'd like to add to it. I purchased a game code from them weeks ago. As soon as they delivered my code (within minutes), I tried to use it and it told me that the code had already been used. I figured, hey, these guys are probably a legit company and they should be able to take care of this for me. NOPE. I had to fill out a form with them and provide screenshots (full screen) of the transaction and my account and account transaction history and all that. By then I had already decided I'd just pay the few dollars more (retail price) and get it directly from Playstation to save myself the hassle. It certainly wasn't worth saving the few bucks. I had explained this to them, and they basically refused to issue me a refund or any other resolution aside from having me go take it up with Playstation. They claimed that it was part of their "process". Yes, if I had paid for something off Playstation and had an issue with it, I'd take it up with them. But if I had paid YOU for a product and/or service, and there's a problem, I'm going to take it up with you! Anyway, they aren't willing to issue my refund to me so I'm taking it up with PayPal now. Even with a case open, they are just sending messages and not taking responsibility for selling a faulty code. Next step is simply going to be a chargeback. I'm tired of dealing with these buffoons. Never again, and I'd advise strongly against using them. Pay the few extra dollars and get your code from a reputable retailer.

Bought a key from them using my credit card. Haven't used the card anywhere else recently. Today bank detected a fraud transaction on the card. Coincidence? I think not.

Bought a game in march, the key did not work (already used, wrong - whatever noone probably will ever know). Since then i argue with them. They want that i contact the publisher which will never answer and dont want to pay the money back. STAY AWAY FROM THAT SCAM COMPANY! Would give minus 5 Stars if it would be possible.

Scam! They are selling used keys, after adding few negative opinions they decided to refound. Excepted time for refundation is 28 days!!!

I bought 3 key's from eneba, everything was ok, tonight i decide to buy Dirt Rally and Assassin's Creed Origins from the seller Best-Pick, i recived a Steam key for Dirt Rally that works and a picture of a key for Assassin's Creed Origins. When i opend the picture a letter from the key was a little bit erased but i figured out what letter was, when i eneterd the key to my uplay account guess what the code was already been activated on another account. The support team reply my 6 days ago: " We are still waiting for a reply from the supplier." 12 Days and no new key or refund. My case was assignet to a guy Bill Jagger 4 days ago, and the priority was set to urgent but nothing else. 12 DAYS AND I'M NOT ABLE TO PLAY THE GAME I PAYED FOR!!!!
