"Beware of Eneba, this is the worst platform to spend your money on. The company claims to be reputable, however, its scamming the customers by selling \"Already USED\" keys, and upon contacting their support (which is super awful), they send you in a rabbit hole to contact the official Platform.\r\n\r\nIn my case, I bought the Cricket 25 - PS5 key, which turned out to be used already, and even though I contacted the ENEBA support, after days of back n forth emails, I was told that key was not used as per their seller.\r\n\r\nI even provided the official Playstation Email to them, specifying that the key was used before I purchased it, but then I was ghosted.\r\n\r\nPlease, never purchase from this platform, as they're scammers, and huge liars, who will not hesitate to take your money, and then lie on your face.\r\n\r\n\r\nOh and just in case, since they ask for the case IDs here, it was: 3190162 - and my order ID was: o-yxrq9ta\r\n\r\nAgain, Please don't buy anything from this platform."
