“Hacker company..... I bought game code.... but code is activate in other account Eneba say: I see that we got confirmation from our suppliers that the key was not used and was valid before the purchase. :))))))))) I do not understand. I agree that the key was valid before the purchase. But he is not valid after the purchase. I did not activate it. With this policy, he can sell 1 code 10 times.”

“I made the same mistake! Don’t buy here... I bought a cd key for Read dead redemption but they provide me an invalid cd key!!! After email contact they told me to buy a new one. Really said company.....”

“Scammers. Bought a steam gift card 20 days ago and they provided an invalid steam key, opened a paypal dispute (by the way, paypal won't help you on receiving a refund) but after all I'm still waiting my money (or a valid code). Beware. UPDATE: as usual ENEBA replies stating that they will forward a request to their suppliers. Please read the other feedbacks. No supplier replied. They simply gets your money without any assurance. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.”

“Won't allow you to buy if you don't give them a phone number, and in my case, even if you do, if they don't like the number they won't allow you to buy at all. This is AFTER you give them your CREDIT CARD info, and even if you have 2FA. You won't be given an explanation.”

“Bought a Steam key for "The Moons of Madness". It turned out to be an invalid-duplicate key. I contacted them immediately, sent the suitable screenshots to prove the problem. They just sent me an email the next day (!!!) explaining to me that they had forwarded my case to their suppliers and that it constituted an external process! No further replies from the till now, 3 days after i submitted my ticket. NOT RECOMMENDED!”

“I have bought Sony PlayStation Network Card - 400 SEK from Eneba but the Key they have provided is not valid. I have contacted their customer support and after asking me to send 4 screenshots from different sections of my PSN account, they told me that they have to check this with their suppliers and since it’s up to the suppliers (External process) to investigate the case, they don’t know how long will it take to get this fixed. Looks like at Eneba, they don’t care at all about their customer. I have paid the money and the money is apparently gone and nobody is responsible for this. This is a scam in my point of view! So, I strongly suggest that you don’t risk buying from Eneba! I will update this comment if the problem gets resolved.”

“Refused to refund me for a game that did not work because I had activated it at no point did they say this would be the case and according to the consumer rights act they have to offer a refund for 14 days for any reason. Not worth the BS excuses these people come out with to rip you off...The sort of company that is fine to deal with as long as you don't actually have to deal with them.”
