“This site is a MUST place to go, I learned so much about Solar installation programs and products, which was great once I started talking with installer companies, as I could actually understand what they were talking about and know if I was getting a good deal. There was a page on there where I could compare different panels, inverters and batteries so that I could know if one installer was giving me a subpar product at a higher rate than another. Additionally, you can put in some information and get several installers to give you some no-pressure quotes for you to compare. These quotes were below the costs of going with installers that are represented at the "Big Box stores" or the ones that come to your door (I got quotes from everyone). Most of the quotes I got from Energy Sage were on the lower $ side but with similar or superior products and reviews. In the end I didn't go with solar due to my own decisions, but I still felt confident enough to make the right choice would I had moved forward, that is why I am writing this review! Great Job EnergySage!”

“Energy Sage was recommended by Matt Ferrell of the you tube channel "Undecided". I was pretty sure I would not go Solar but decided that if I could get bids without all the solicitations and phone calls I should check it out. The experience was great. I received five bids. I researched the products that were bid and researched the five companies. One company ( Affordable Solar Roof and Air, LLC of Clearwater, Florida) met my stringent requirements. We scheduled a zoom meeting, met for an hour on the computer, and I decided to go ahead. Could not be happier with the experience. My neighbor got taken advantage of by a door to door solicitor and paid $10,000 more than I did for a similar size system. Thank you Energy Sage.”

“Very happy with my experience with EnergySage. I received several competitive quotes, had follow up conversations with a few of the companies, and selected one to move ahead with. The consultant with EnergySage provided great service and quickly answered all of my questions, and the individual companies were great to work with as well. Great experience, highly recommended.”

“Energysage provided me with four quotes on top of the two quotes that I found. I ended going with one of Energysage recommended vendor because they had competitive prices and the shortest wait time for install. Additionally, the employees of Energysage were very helpful when I spoke with them regarding questions I had regarding solar and the vendors. I am excited to get into solar before NEM 2 is over and the vendor (MegaPower) guaranteed me that they will be able to get me NEM 2. Contract has been signed. I will update as we move forward.”

“Used EnergySage to find our solar company Smartroof Capital. The system has been turned on for about 3 weeks and like everyone else I know who got solar I have been obsessed with watching the production on the app. So far we have produced 499 kWh which is 117 KWh more than we have used and it feels pretty great.”

“After having several walk ups to my front door trying to sell me Solar and putting the pressure on to sign now because time is running out I decided to check out a few companies online. I was not at this point sure that I wanted to go Solar because of all the high pressure one encountered tryng to gather information. After spending some time online reviewing a few companies I happened on to Solar Sage. I will admit that I am a skeptic by nature so I was not confident that their pitch would pan out. I was pleasantly surprised that in a few days over the weekend I had several quotes online with no high pressure and no phone calls. With some assisstance from their personnel we selected one and began the process. So far the process is moving forward and I am glad that I found an expedient way to evaluate several companies. Their personnel can also provide valuable information to someone who is not well versed about Solar.”

“Energsge.com is a great place to get multiple quotes from trusted solar installers. They have a rating system. I upload my PG&E bill and the type of roofing. They have researched the popular solar panels and inverters and given them a rating. I wish Energysge would have more information on its website about solar scams or fake news. For example, Inflation Reduction Act would take off 30% for new roof installation. 30% is only for the solar system unless the roof is the solar panels. Pro and con solar lease.”

“ES is a terrific resource. Rapid response with abundant and clear technical details from 6 or 7 highly rated companies selling good equipment, a very educational website with lots of readable content, and rapid and easy access to authoritative, unbiased, and personal responses from knowledgeable advisors who also follow up with the individual companies if needed. I am pretty good with scoping and planning home construction but could not have navigated the solar process on the short timescale demanded by California's NEM2 expiration without ES (not there yet, but it's all with the contractor now). I have recommended it to several other people and will continue to do so.”
