“limited amount of features, backgrounds, colors and templates and posibilites to edit the features myself. However, what I disliked the most is that adding a hyperlink in the header produced an error when redirecting to the website, i.e. it didn't find the correct link. that is very unpleasant imo and made me stop using the premium service. I also really do not like the fact that the website is using not the original hyperlinks but redirecting it over their servers to do some analytics on it. not very transparent imo.”

“Easy to use. Although I would have liked better a better user experience with regards to importing my CV, my new resume is super badass. Definitely worth the $20 or so I spent for the first month.”

“The app is amazing, but I think you should add a dedicated section for the GDPR consent statement. Every country in the UE requires it to be included. Otherwise, companies have no right to even look at the resume. It's mandatory and I had to add it manually by using a third-party PDF editor.”

“We subscribed for one month to access the templates and found one that is nice. While there are some cool features within the templates, it feels like our hands are tied in regards to fonts (very limited), type size (big or medium), and even colors. I paid $20 for the one month to save some time creating a resume template but when all is said and done, it’ll take more time to get the resume because I’ll have to build my own template with fonts, etc.”

“Very easy to use intuitive resume builder. Pricing plans are very reasonable however it would be great to be able to freely create resumes and then pay for a resume on download (pay per download / export model) for even greater flexibility. Also love the features such as icons, pie-charts etc. and would be much appreciated if an even greater number of design options were added over time.”

“Its a good tool especially for those who are inexperienced making resumes or the for those who don't have much time to spend on making a good looking resume. The templates and other features were just great. Though I would recommend to add features lyk letting the user customize the colors from a color picker along wth the color template you provide. Also i guess customising the color and font- size of individual blocks may also help. For example in my case i wanted to decrease the font size and change the color of my Personal details like link phone email etc. Keep up the good work.”

“Unauthorised charges! I signed up for 3 monthly recurring subscription which I cancelled in December 2019. I received a confirmation email that I wouldn’t be charged again and that I had access until March 2020. However, I was charged again in Feb 2020 for another 3 months. When I contacted enhancv they offered to refund me half of the payment and 60% off if I resubscribed! I replied that I wanted a full refund since the charge was unauthorised but they’re no longer responding to my emails. Have now opened a dispute with PayPal and would advise others to consider a different service provider.”
