“Crafting and tweaking your resume becomes a job unto itself. Enhancv takes a lot of that off of your plate, pulling copy from your LinkedIn page and making the layout painless. I like that there are a lot of templates to choose from. My only gripe is that most of the templates and "AI revision" suggestions are geared towards quantitative detail (ex: 30% grown in audience engagement, 20% increase in sales, etc) and thus feel designed for marketing and sales roles. I also wish there were more "classic" templates instead of the flashy modern styles that are notoriously more difficult for automated screeners to parse relevant information from. That said, it's easily worth the money if you want to take most of the annoying part out of keeping your resume fresh and updated.”

Hi there, thank you so much for taking the time to post this detailed review! The quantitative suggestions are there to give you ideas how you can add numbers to any job. For example, being a developer and bringing results that save time, money, or bring in new revenue. Regarding templates, all of our templates can be made more "bland" and traditional by switching to a black / grey colour scheme or creating your own custom one, you can hide the icons, etc. If you have any other comments on how our tools could serve you better, please don't hesitate to contact us at help@enhancv.com with your suggestions.
