“I like it. Sometimes the interface is a little clunky especially when moving items around. Would be nice to have more templates. Also would be good to have the ability to add multiple sections more than once. For example, I'd like to show one employer and then projects and then add another employer and add another projects section. Currently can only add them all at once.”

“Very intuitive platform overall, great ATS compatible CV templates, and useful AI generated text suggestions. I trialed the top tools in this space and after a rigorous assessment it was easy to decide for Enhancv. None of the other options gave me the right balance of flexibility and quality. Highly recommend this tool if you are planning to tailor your CV for multiple job applications, this makes it 10 times easier. The job application tracking tool is a nice bonus.”

“It’s prettt good, the job summary ai generated feature could use some work but the templates are great a a the ats match with key words is a huge help. I just use gpt to improve the summary if it’s not good enough, everything else works great”

Hi there and thank you for trying Enhancv! I'm sorry you were experiencing the toughness of the current job market. I hope you were able to get a job at the end. The reasons why some people are getting their foot in the door and why others aren't, are so vastly complex that we can't be certain about all the factors that influence this. When it comes to ATS systems, our research actually shows that ATS "rejections" are mostly a myth. What is more, in situations with too many applicants for a job, recruiters might stop looking at additional resumes once they've found enough qualified candidates for their initial short list, leading to the rejection of all of the rest. Many job listings nowadays attract more than 1000 applicants, so this is becoming more and more common.
