“Its incredibly fast and easy. Very intuitive to use and the cover letters are amazing. The suggestions for bullet points are great. The only things that would improve the experience is if there were more templates to upload your resume into and more output formats.”

“Everything is good and effective except the ''Rearrange Sections'' tool. It is not flexible and simple to rearrange it as per his needs. I tried many times to rearrange the sections in my CV as I wanted, but it was not permitted. This tool has to be enhanced! Thanks.”

“It was easy to use and a lot of useful templates available as well- needed almost no work on formatting Useful hints on ATS and potential issues in grammar and punctuation as well as repetitions However the rewriting of the bullets is something that could be improved.”

“I really like how helpful it is to expedite the cover letter writing process. It is fabulous for that. However, from a résumé perspective, I believe there needs to be more template options. I am in marketing, so the appearance of the résumé really matters and the options feel relatively generic. Also small things throw it off for example I had included my middle initial as there are other people with my same first and last name. However, it only recognizes the middle initial and removes my last name. Since I can only download in PDF format, that is a challenge.”
