“It’s a good product. Helps a lot generating cover letters. I redid my resume using AI and it gave me ideas on the best way to present my skills to employers. Haven’t used everything yet but will soon.”

“I really like how helpful it is to expedite the cover letter writing process. It is fabulous for that. However, from a résumé perspective, I believe there needs to be more template options. I am in marketing, so the appearance of the résumé really matters and the options feel relatively generic. Also small things throw it off for example I had included my middle initial as there are other people with my same first and last name. However, it only recognizes the middle initial and removes my last name. Since I can only download in PDF format, that is a challenge.”

“This platform helps me to write better resume and cover letter. Also the templates are well designed. For improving this platform, we can add more templates and more control over font size of deferent parts separately. Also, the suggestions for improving the resume could be more sophisticated. “So far so good. App is great at structuring resumes that can be auto ingested into resume parsers. the AI features for writing coverletters are pretty solid as well. Only thing I would like to see updated is the ability to download a word doc file”
