“I was looking for a product that offered multiple templates and guided assistance. This is not a user friendly suite. I am extremely disappointed in this product.”

“clicked the trail version, but was charged. contacted supported, they were rude and said no refund and added some link no one will ever read. This is NOT worth 20$ is a total rip off, and now that I had a bad experience, I will surely let everyone know. Enjoy your 20$, you lost at least 10 clients I would have brought by testing your app with this dumb attitude, and also everyone else I meet and thinks about using your app”

“I paid 5 dollars for the basic subscription just to find out I was paying for nothing. After trying to get an answer what I was paying for and asking for a refund I did not get a reply. Very disappointed with the customer service and how theres a small option to pay 5 dollars for something you could get for free. Would not recommend you guys to anyone.”

The basic plan we have costs 4.99$ a month, and for the first 7 days after you signup it's free. We offer it for free, so that our users can test and feel whether Enhancv will work for you. Actually, most of the other resume builders will ask for payment once you start editing you resume or you want to download it. However, we're always open for suggestions and will be happy to hear your feedback. I'm posting the full list of our Pro Features - Create up to 10 resumes - Advanced sections (Awards, Books, Certificates, Publications, Quotes, References) - Advanced templates (Compact) - Content Analyzer allows you to quickly identify mistakes on your resume. - Remove Branding allows you to remove the logo in the footer of the resume. “I was asked to send my resume to you and was told you would help. I sent it and heard nothing. I upgraded for $19.99 and rushed to put together a resume for an interview. The formatting and spacing were inconsistent your software is not very user-friendly. On Wednesday before my interview, I contacted your help chat, and it said you were closed????????”

“Below is the feedback I provided on March 11, 2019 - two hours after spending some time with the Enhancv product - unfortunately, I didn't receive any meaningful reply or engagement from a customer service team member. Lacking customer service is a tremendous miss on the part of the Enhancv. original comments below . . . "I signed up for a trial a long time ago and then life got int he way and I was not able to use the 7 days before they expired. I tried again today to see what I could create with EnhanceCV and without a trial I went ahead and paid for a month of the service. I have been exploring and configuring for the past two hours and realize that this isn't for me. You have a great offering and I suspect it is (and should be) popular with people just entering the work force through to people reaching their mid-career point. I will most definitely recommend this. That said, there's nothing here for me that I haven't been able to develop for myself and am respectfully asking if you would kindly refund my fees - I am simply not going to to use any of the material I created this afternoon. I sincerely appreciate your consideration”
