“Enhance cv logo couldnt be removed”

Hi Nisha, I'm sorry you weren't able to locate the toggle to remove our logo. It is in the sidebar menu – Branding. Once you switch it off, our logo is gone from your document. This toggle is available for all of our Pro users. Feel free to contact our Support team at help@enhancv.com if you have any other questions about how to make the best use of our tool.

“Formats are very rigid and can not be saved as word document. Which is not good especially as online submission requires word doc format”

“I've got problem with General Data Protection Regulation. Can't add it as small as possible and somewhere bottom of the page. If I'm just too dumb write me how can i made it possible and I'll change for 5 stars :)”

Thank you for your review and for the question! One solution would be to click the Enable branding button which adds a footer to the resume. You could then edit footer the text by adding "In compliance with the GDPR and the Italian Legislative Decree no. 196 30/06/2003, I authorize you to use and process my personal details in this document." “While the platform is good there are fixed things that can be used. You cannot customize fields, add specific columns, etc. So, I payed for 3 month so that I get the pro version, used all controls that I thought would give me the solution I'm looking for, but I have a fixed template that I need to create my CV in, and could not customize the CV to match that. So, I wend to a different provider...”

“It's easy to generate a nice looking CV but the auto matching of job offers failed with German Umlaute and other special characters. It would be great if you could hide elements or store them somewhere else to reuse them later. And I missed the possibility to add a image as signature under a cover letter. Unfortunately I wasn't able to create a cover letter that looked identical to the CV.”

“It's not without problems and I'll be cancelling my subscription before next month rolls around. I have encountered issues with resume templates (ie. not being able to select start dates for employment within the last three years) and I can't delete strings of text at times when I highlight all of it and backspace (I'm told I've "maxed out the number of lines", even when I'm trying to delete them and make space).”

“please, add a feature where I can be free writing the way I want, the place I want. To be free where to put the text, and to change the format as I want, not just pre-customed pre-made sections.”

“Overall, I like the product but it could be better(just a little clunky). Didn't show that the word "gaget" was misspelled in my resume. I couldn't find the exact match for my cover letter to my resume template after I already created my resume. When I clicked on Cover Letter Examples it asked me to sign in again. After I did, it took me to the home page.”

“I am impressed by the possibilities and the good examples you have for resumes and letters. But since you don't have a spell checker in Norwegian (Can't find it anyway), it gets very annoying with red pop-ups all the time. I have received good feedback on how good these applications have been, BUT, and this one is big...When I saved a file, the years of work experience changed, which ended up with the company I applied to, thinking I had 7 years of management experience instead of 2 years. Fortunately, it went well, but this is very scary, as I could have been caught for giving false information. I think it was a bug, and I hope it never happens again. ( Will check 100 times more, before sending a application again) Kinde regards, Lise”
