Hi Murat, I believe you might be using the app in German and not in English. The ATS Checker is currently only available in the English version of the user interface. Please switch to English and you should be able to locate it in the left sidebar. “The AI recommendations shoukd be a bit more relevant to the content already present in the CV body copy. There shoukd be option to download the CV in word format to help do iffline editing”

“It hasn't been overly helpful yet. The recommendations it has made make a minimal impact on my resume overall. I don't love the templates offered - many are 2 column which I've heard ATS has a hard time parsing.”

Hi there and thank you for trying Enhancv! The reasons why some people are getting their foot in the door and why others aren't, are so vastly complex that we can't be certain about all the factors that influence this. When it comes to ATS systems, our research actually shows that ATS "rejections" are mostly a myth. What is more, in situations with too many applicants for a job, recruiters might stop looking at additional resumes once they've found enough qualified candidates for their initial short list, leading to the rejection of all of the rest. Many job listings nowadays attract more than 1000 applicants, so this is becoming more and more common.

“For a paid service, I would expect almost perfect resume output. However, that was not my experience with this. Not only was my contact information all messed up, the dates in my experiences had a lot of errors I had to manually correct. It was quick and the format was great though, so I still have it 3 stars.”

“Hi Alex, I was looking for AI powered CV tool and I was impressed by drag and drop capabilities you offer and decided to try but after spending some time I feel this still need further improvements like Chat GPT should be enabled for others sections as well like experience etc. Currently it generates summary based on job title.now I have to copy paste copilot response from word to EnhanceCV. Add more icons such as LinkedIn, trailhead (for Salesforce Developer ) Need more templates tailored for job titles Need to add more keywords in library so that does not catches in spell check. Liked the ability to show company logo. Need AI suggestions for suggested improvements Will share more along journey.”

“My thoughts on AI suggestions for Professional summary- 1.There is no need to specifically mention the company in the Professional summary. 2. It feels like an overkill to mention achievements in the summary since there is a column for Key achievements already .”

“I appriciate that the tool gave me several options to make a great looking resume without a lot of work. However I needed to rewrite several of my job descriptions and wasnt satisfied with the ones Enhancv gave me as all of the suggestions were data or metrics based...so I had to copy/cut each bullet out and play with it in CoPilot then bring it back to the resume.”

“you cannot download it in any other format than PDF (even if you are pro) and you can't fix the size between fields, resulting sometimes in a single page with only one small info that could be easily inserted on the other page if you could change a little bit of the space. It's a good start and have lots of templates but this lack of resources make it a little bit too expensive IMO”

Hi Thiago, thank you for posting a review for our tool! We do also offer a TXT download. Anyway, did you try the Design & Font menu in the resume editor? You can adjust the page margins, section spacing, font size, line height and more, to help better distribute the white space on the page.

“So far the features are pretty good. Its not as user friendly as I was hoping. I heard this product is one of the best, so it makes me wonder how the others are. It would be nice to have a functions where we can chat with the AI to communicate what we need. The button and lay out aren't exactly straight forward, especially for someone who hasn't used a product like this before. And, when most AI products do have a chat feature. Even key word or word association would be helpful. This is something I would consider as LinkedIn is implementing their AI features within the website, and their AI Resume Builder.”

“It’s good. I’d like an export to MS Word option as well, and some more templates (there are like 10 or so I think). I may be blind on the number of templates and export/download options. Anyhoo, it’s quite decent if you want to give it a try.”

“The templating and formatting is awesome, as well as the ability to cater a resume to a specific role. Making specific queries is a challenge, and the auto updates to bullet points before approving are a bit annoying. Would love a place to list all achievements to build future tailored resumes”

“The resume is not parsing into any of the popular job boards. Also, the formatting options are quite minimal. I work in UI/UX and just basic A11y and formats are not available to me.”
