“It went well. I needed to create a new resume in a hurry because I was getting stalked for months, my phone got hacked, & unfortunately I was blackmailed at my previous job. I told management but they really weren’t interested in addressing it. Hopefully the next employer treats me better!”

“I like several aspects of the tool. Though there are some things that could be better. Some lf the AI review isn't 100% accurate. Some examples, I had a 1 mo th hap on my resume, and the AI recognized it as a 4 month gap. Similarly, I was at a recent job for 1 year 4 months, and it recognized it as 4 months. I confirmed the dates were accurate, and they were. The AI misunderstood the information.”

“I wish there was a way to keep my current resume format instead of one of your templates. Also, I wish there was previews of changes from the AI assist before it makes them. The cover letters have not been suitable to me. Best feature is skills and key words for jobs”

“Friendly customer service with long-term orientation instead of short-term thinking (I.e. to charge as much as possible now without considering the lifetime value of a customer). Great product I have been using for years, highly recommended. Intuitive and simple to use. Point for improvement: I found it quite strange, however, to receive responses in English from a Bulgarian company in private correspondence but ok.”
