“Almost perfect - my CV looks beautiful, but I cannot export the CV into Word for further refinement and personalization. Thousands of example CVs, but available templates are limited and formatting must be applied to the entire document. Ability to format background colors is limited/not user friendly. The AI to write cover letters based on job description is amazing.”

“He advertised a "Free AI Resume Builder," but after creating my CV, I discovered that downloading it required payment. This misleading practice wasted my time. Google, please take action against such deceptive websites”

Hi there, thank you for the feedback. Did you check the message when you try to download your resume? It tells you what you need to do to download your document for free. Downloading a resume created with our free features is free, it's the paid features that are locked in the free version. Once you remove the paid elements you can download your document for free.

Hi Murat, I believe you might be using the app in German and not in English. The ATS Checker is currently only available in the English version of the user interface. Please switch to English and you should be able to locate it in the left sidebar.
