“Very happy with the appearance of my new resume, but I'm finding that the information does not import well into workday in particular, but also other platforms. A lot of times I import and have to manually important information about my roles and responsibilities within a given position from a text document.”

“Everything’s very intuitive, super easy to handle and amend. Matching the CV and cover letter to a specific Job description works really well. 5 stars once it’s possible to add an individual amount of ‚summary‘ sections in the CV (if I want to add more than one section it won’t let me) and once it’s possible to select different types of writing in the cover letter, like ‚casual‘, ‚formal‘ or ‚semi-formal‘. I can already fully recommend Enhancv though! Very, very helpful.”

“Creation of Resume was easier, but if we want to alter any sections or copy any section to another resume the provision is not given. Also Font and color formating can be made more flexible and easier section wise. Bullet designs in each section should be given in settings icon like other menu If these improvements are handled the rating can be 4.5. Also download provision should be for pdf and word format as well”

On the screen the entry field might look like a single line to save on real estate, but you can paste a lot of content. “I am a recently resigned Federal employee. Enhancv has helped me take my detailed "what I did" Federally-required resume and convert it into a concise, results-oriented resume for the private sector using Ai and pre-designed templares. It's been a useful tool as I seek jobs ouside of government for career part #2. My only issue thus far is that some of the templates prohibit you from adding bullets once you've reached a set number of experiences. This is probably needed for conciseness and applying for a specific job. However, I am sharing my resume widley through networking and would like to show my breadth of experience. Some additional flexibility to add more bullets to experience would be helpful for these cases.”

Hi there, thank yo so much for taking the time to post a review! All experience items can have bullets – maybe you used the "Improve with AI" option when you imported your document? If you choose "Use original text", you will get all of your content. You can also go to the Options of each entry and switch the bullets on – chances are, the content was imported and is already there, but the AI decided to hide it so your most recent roles are highlighted.
