“We should get atleast one time suggestions from cv expert to point out loose ends in current format”

“I like the configurability. There is a lot I can add. At first, I didn't understand why I could only add one customized section to the CV but then I thought it may have been done on purpose. Less is sometimes more.”

“Great platform, easy to use and overall templates look great. Only reason I did not give it 5 stars is because sometimes the platform does not allow for flexibility (e.g. I worked in the same company in two different periods and could not put two time ranges in the same experience - or at least didn't figure out how)”

“Parmi la montagne de CV que je reçois, certains de démarquent par l’organisation de l’information et la simplicité de la présentation: ce qui aide pour rapidement saisir les qualités d’un(e) candidat(e). “I generally like system of enhancv, and support team does great (even though it takes a day to get response). Just I guess it could be cool if there was kind of another subscription method. Because for people who are creating CV and getting hired, then generally you don't need enhancv for a year or more. So keeping subscription doesn't seem logical. Instead I would suggest strategy as: if profile is note being used even once in a month, just charge minimum amount (something like ~5$ or what). But if profile is really being used, so obviously it needs to be full charging.”

“Poor customer service and understanding of requirements. Even though I have been a customer of Enhance for the past two years I have received an arrogant respond From Volen - the founder that didn’t make the effort to read my email and response relatively to the issue. Such a disappointment!”
