“Crafting and tweaking your resume becomes a job unto itself. Enhancv takes a lot of that off of your plate, pulling copy from your LinkedIn page and making the layout painless. I like that there are a lot of templates to choose from. My only gripe is that most of the templates and "AI revision" suggestions are geared towards quantitative detail (ex: 30% grown in audience engagement, 20% increase in sales, etc) and thus feel designed for marketing and sales roles. I also wish there were more "classic" templates instead of the flashy modern styles that are notoriously more difficult for automated screeners to parse relevant information from. That said, it's easily worth the money if you want to take most of the annoying part out of keeping your resume fresh and updated.”

Hi there, thank you so much for taking the time to post this detailed review! The quantitative suggestions are there to give you ideas how you can add numbers to any job. For example, being a developer and bringing results that save time, money, or bring in new revenue. “Very happy with the appearance of my new resume, but I'm finding that the information does not import well into workday in particular, but also other platforms. A lot of times I import and have to manually important information about my roles and responsibilities within a given position from a text document.”

“Everything’s very intuitive, super easy to handle and amend. Matching the CV and cover letter to a specific Job description works really well. 5 stars once it’s possible to add an individual amount of ‚summary‘ sections in the CV (if I want to add more than one section it won’t let me) and once it’s possible to select different types of writing in the cover letter, like ‚casual‘, ‚formal‘ or ‚semi-formal‘. I can already fully recommend Enhancv though! Very, very helpful.”
