"I booked a reservation online for my aunt who is elderly. She & my uncle were on a roadtrip when their car broke down in Seligman and got towed to Flagstaff, where they needed a rental car. I was unable to get ahold of the location directly to verify vehicles in stock (inconvenient) and was connected to the reservation line who confirmed there was many vehicles available for rent, so I booked a reservation online. \r\n\r\nUpon arrival the employee confirmed with my aunt she had a rental for a sedan and asked for ID and credit card. After the employee said this, the branch manager, Deni Ortiz, walked over, interrupted the employee in a rude disrespectful tone, told them \u201cno, no, we are not renting any cars\u201d. My aunt questioned Deni why cars are not being rented when there are many cars parked on the lot and another customer was there getting keys to a rental vehicle. Deni refused and could not provide a reason. He was condescending, unprofessional and called my aunt \u201cgirl\u201d and \u201clady\u201d. This is unacceptable behavior from a branch manager. \r\n\r\nUpon leaving another employee came outside and told my aunt that Deni is a bad manager, rude, and to submit a complaint to the area manager, Faruk Kiroglu. She gave a business card with their information. We have yet to receive a response from the area manager Faruk or Enterprise. \r\n\r\nAVOID this company and the terrible poor customer service and management. We will never do business with Enterprise ever again nor recommend it to anyone. Do better Enterprise. No one deserves this treatment."

"Made a reservation 2 months in advance. Received call the morning of pick up confirming rental. Arrived to pick up SUV rental car. Was told the car they were putting us in had not been returned yet, could they interest us in one of their Mitsubishis. This is a family trip so that little car is not going to work, and it's not what we rented. Come back in a half an hour. Now you're cutting into our vacation time. Come back in a half an hour supposedly given an upgrade with a Chrysler Pacifica, our grandchildren's car seats don't fit in the bucket seats that are in this atrocious vehicle. The heat on the driver's seat won't turn off. You can literally watch the gas needle move. We're waiting for them to open to return the vehicle. We have rented from Enterprise 4 times per year for the last 5 years and we've tried a different couple branches here in the Greensboro, North Carolina area. We are done with you Enterprise, every single time there's an issue!"
