I have rented from the Monroeville, PA office and had 6 rentals within a two month period and I was completely satisfied with my rental along with the courteous, professional and dependable service from all employees at Enterprise. I won't go anywhere else as you can se e by the recent rentals. They do an AMAZING job - definitely a 5 star and even beyond rating.

My experience was spectacular. I worked with Matt and from the first call he did an exceptional job of finding out my wants/needs in looking for a vehicle. He was warm, personable, and easy to work with. Both Matt and the manager Jessica were professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to help me make the best decision based on what I was looking for. After test driving four SUV’s I ended up going with a 2024 Toyota RAV 4 and could not be happier with that decision. The process of purchasing was so quick and easy and I felt no pressure to make a choice. Instead, they helped me sort out the pros/cons and what car would be ultimately the best choice for me. I will never go through a dealership again. Thank you Matt and Jessica for a seamless experience!

If I could give zero stars I would. We booked a reservation months in advance with my husband’s Enterprise Account. We have used the same account for years, booked multiple cars at once, never had a single issue, and this time Jennifer (the mgr that hung up on us) called us 1 week before pick up to tell us we can’t use this account for leisure and we would need to pay $2008 instead of $778 (the reservation price) because the SUV is in high demand. We will NEVER use Enterprise again. The manager who hung up on us told us they don’t usually confirm until 48 hrs. This has been a terrible experience and nowhere in the FAQs does it say anything about business vs leisure, nor does it give you an option to choose, and it’s never been stated before. Complete BS. Avoid Enterprise at all costs unless you want to be scammed at the last minute. Now we're scrambling last minute to find a big enough SUV.

Signed a contract for rental. Used rental. When I went to return it they magically showed me an updated contract that was not signed and made me pay OR they would just automatically charge my credit card. Turns out it was their mistake and they caught it after I signed the first contract and left with my car. And they actually argued with me about the whole situation. Never going back to Enterprise again

Bad customer service. Bad call center with poorly speaking folks and many voices in background. Then I got left hanging at an airport as my flight was late. Eateries knew it would be late as I gave them flight number. They told me someone would be there. Lies is all it was. Cost me extra cabs and hotels due to them messing it so bad.

Was lied to about car and pick up times. Requested later pick up and was told someone would be there. No one there. I was stranded !!!! Never again !!! Enterprise no. Lies and very poor customer service

To the regional managerial staff and CEO. Enterprise car rental on Camelback in Phoenix, Arizona where I today had the pleasure of using their car rental service again, I must say, the experience was outstanding! From the moment I walked in, the staff provided exceptional service. They greeted me warmly and were prompt in addressing my rental needs. The manager took the time to ensure I had beyond expectational service due to a problem I once had. I got the right vehicle, his staff explained features and options that fit my requirements perfectly. The staff was knowledgeable, professional, and genuinely caring, making the entire process enjoyable. The car was even upgraded to enhance my experience. Returning the vehicle was just as impressive. Overall, I highly recommend Enterprise for their fantastic customer service and attention to detail. They truly go above and beyond to ensure a great renting experience and service above and beyond expectations, they all deserve an award.

Enterprise on So Kingshighway at Christy Blvd we so nice and helpful from the time the young black man who picks up at Caliber Collision who helped my husband carrying out boxes and adjusting my seat and held the door for us, getting the vehicle a Nissan Rogue. By the second day I call, hated the Rogue, Alise the mgr very helpful and understand our concerns, she let us trade to a Palisade. While we were there the Black female Monique, not sure how to spell her name, she was very nice too. Call today regarding bill, talked to asst mgr, Conor, very helpful explained the bill. I recommend this location and I would definitely would rent from them again. Excellent Service from all the Staff. The crew who cleans and maintain the vehicles, Excellent, both vehicles were very clean and maintained, very important too!!!

My name is Brandie Bean and I rent from Enterprise often.. I often rent from the Enterprise at 6327 Franklin Blvd., Sacramento, CA 95824 where Izzy works and he is a very good representative he accommodates me well and he has a great smile and I like how he interacts with the customers!!

The 1st cat i was given was visibly dirty. It had trash in the inside and dirty floor mats. I was given a replacement car that had dried up blood stains on the ceiling. I didn't notice until I was on the road. The company wasn't remorseful at all. I purchased a blanket to cover the seats and the blood transferred to the blanket. Management said the car detailers said it was coffee and they do a good job at cleaning the vehicles. If that was the case, why was the 1st car dirty

The car did not accelerate and now after going to 3 separate locations to try to switch out the car. Now there have been multiple calls to try to fix it dealing with less than helpful people who are not very kind or understanding of the situation. Which it took 5 people to properly trouble shoot while being at the wits end of this situation. Trying to drive a very unsafe car that will drop 10 mph going up a hill on cruise control ON THE HIGHWAY. Last but not least they told me to TAKE THE CAR TO THE MECHANIC MY SELF.

I made my reservation with the Broomfield office a week early, arranging to have them bring the car to the body shop at 4:30, on a Monday. I got to the body shop a little early, took care of business, and waited. And waited. Finally at about 4:50, the shop called the office to ask about my car. The office advised that they were LEAVING shortly. Later I learned that they were waiting for me to let them know I was at the shop. No one had bothered to tell me that. By 5:30, my wife was there to take me home. Apparently the rental arrived shortly after I left. I called the branch manager who was very apologetic, and new, and asked what she could do. She advised me that there seemed to be no record of my reserving a Traverse, etc. I requested that they bring my Chevy Traverse-class car to my home with another employee to take the driver back. When I Jeep Wagoneer showed up, I should have just said "no" and sent them back, as it would not fit into my garage, but I thought it might be fun to drive, so I called the manager and told her I would be bringing it back the next day for my Traverse. She apologized, again, and said they would be ready. I also advised her that, since it would not fit into my garage, I would not be responsible if it got hit by hail. The next day a texted the manager to let her know I was 20 min away. So far so good. When I arrived, the manager had left for a doctor's appointment, and the folks on duty seemed clueless that I was coming. They told me that they had no midsize SUV's, but that a woman had just come in to drop off a Rogue, and that they would clean it up while I wanted. What a circus. I feel sorry for the new manager. She has her work cut out for her.

Customer service is trash nobody can help. Iv been in here 4 times and they don’t have any cars each time. Twice I had an appointment even. Do not rent here!

First time ever renting a car and the staff was great! Easy check in experience and the car worked out wonderfully. Bringing back the car was a breeze. I even forgot an item in the back seat and the staff was swift in getting it back to me when I returned for it. I highly recommended them - reasonable in price with excellence service. Will use again for sure! Thank you!

Awful had a 7 passenger minivan scheduled to rent for months before a family trip. Confirmed it was a minivan with worker 2 days prior. Go to pick it up tried to give me a Hyundai Kona! I have 6 people in my family! Guy said it wasn’t his problem read the rules.

When we returned the rental car at 3am. David Ford, Enterprise Employee, sae that I was struggling with my luggages. He said let me help you.He put the luggages in a position were it was easy to just pull with ease. That simple act ,made my journey stress free and I learned how to stack my suitcase.and just pull. David Ford was great, and I always will remember. Thanks
