I planned a trip with my family, came to pick up the car, only to be told that they had given it away because I hadn't confirmed via a call, but I never received a call. They were rude and didn't attempt to resolve the issue.”
“Tried to rent a 15 passenger van for our Youth Trip. Booked and reserved this van months in advance, in person. 3 days before our group trip, Enterprise called and said they were cancelling the reservation because the vans had to go elsewhere for some other event. I had 3 days (over a weekend where most places are closed) to scrounge for an alternative method of transportation because we only had 1 available driver.”
“I reserved a vehicle online for Father’s Day weekend, and everything went through without issue. However, when I called to confirm the pickup for Friday, I was told there were no available vehicles and that the reservation shouldn’t have been allowed. It was extremely disappointing, especially after planning around the confirmed booking. I hope Mowline Enterprise improves their reservation system and communication to avoid similar issues for future customers.”

“Went to Killeen Enterprise Rent-A-Car on Willow Springs and had a little problem which was resolved quickly, but that's not the impressive part. As an Iraq War Veteran I know how to deal with a stressful situation. When I arrived at the rental office it like the flight had just landed. There were any where from 20 to 30 customers in the office to get vehicle. I watched this petite young lady handle 3 to 4 customers at a time and me being one of them. After war I have become very observative wherever I go. Today I observe a what I call a leader in action. This young lady was so energetic that I was so impressed on how she handle so many customers with different request at the same time. I had to ask her what her name was so that when I need a vehicle again or have any issues I would want to speak with AMYA because I know that I will leave as a satisfied customer!

What I hate is the fact that you can't call the local enterprise place, but have to go through this centralized place where a machine answers, then a guy with barely understandable english, then, finally someone at the local. Such a waste of time and another depersonalized experienced with a profits above all corporation. So tired on the ruining of human contact piece of this.”

“The worst! Cars are in bad shape, you get one car have trouble & they can’t even replace what you paid for, you end up with sub par car, no compensation for having issues with the car you rented! Long trip in a extremely small vehicle it’s a very long 11 hour drive, you would think you would get better gas mileage in a small car, it ended up being more expensive, overall experience horrible! “I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the service my son received today regarding a flat tire on his rental car. He is currently using a rental due to a recent accident where his own vehicle was hit by another driver.
When the flat tire occurred, he contacted your company for assistance. He was informed that he could either pay out-of-pocket for the tire to be fixed or replaced and then be reimbursed, or the car would need to be towed and he would be picked up to receive a replacement vehicle. As a college student, paying for a new tire upfront is not a viable option for him, so he agreed to the towing and replacement process.
Unfortunately, during this call, my son encountered a specialist named Carolyn who was exceptionally rude and argumentative. To our disbelief, she even hung up on him. This level of customer service is completely unacceptable and the overall experience has been far below any reasonable expectation.”
“I had a bad experience with the vehicle I was provide with! It shut off completely in the freeway ramp! I almost got hit from behind and my hazards lights were not working. Enterprise still hasn’t done anything about the situation knowing I could of die from a bad car accident”
