I reserved a rental car in Plymouth MI for Saturday pick up. I get a call the day I’m supposed to get picked up for the rental telling me they don’t pick up on Saturdays. The lady who made the reservation never told me that and I was unable to pick up the car because I had no way there. On top of that, They told me that they didn’t even have the vehicle that I asked for when I made the reservation a week ago. They claim that they tried to call me the day before, but they never left a message. I didn’t recognize the number so I didn’t answer. I would’ve called them right back had they left a message. All in all bad business. I’m very unsatisfied with this company and will definitely find another company to rent from next time.

I came there with my grandfather today and they wanted to charge him 150 and up to rent a car for the day plus the 300. which I understand that but the cars were cheaper last week. I do understand the holiday is coming but today is not a holiday.

Our experience with Enterprise Niagara Falls NY has been a nightmare. It has been incompetence to the highest degree. The car we received lost power after our first stop, which was 90 minutes into our trip. After multiple calls (about 10), we are still stranded. We were promised that a tow truck and Uber driver were ordered to take us to the nearest Enterprise office to pick up a new car. That was over 4 hours ago and the nearest locations have closed or will be closing for the day. Some of the people that we have talked to have been dismissive with a "could care less" attitude. This experience has been incredibly frustrating because not only did we receive a bum car, we also lost a day of travel, and money on a reserved hotel room which could not be canceled. I would steer clear and choose a different car rental company if possible. If there was an option to leave zero stars, I would.

My name is Pamela Harrison, I recently rented a Nissan Rogue from the Joliet, IL location. While I had the vehicle, I experienced car trouble. I called Enterprise/ Joliet location, and was told to contact customer service. They ensured me that they would send a tow to pickup the car and a Uber to take me to the nearest Enterprise in Richmond, IN. The tow ETA was 6:30pm but the Enterprise Richmond location closed at 5:30pm. Then, I received a text ( which) I had that read, " there are No Ubers available". I was left for hours after multiple calls to customer service. No help and I left to figure everything out on my own. I had to get a family member out of bed to drive two hours to take me back to Dayton, OH. I also had to get a hotel for the night. The following day, I had to find a ride to Dayton International Airport to pick up my car. This whole ordeal has been a complete nightmare. Customer service didn't care about my well being, and I was left for hours to figure everything out. This is Not Acceptable! Pamela Harrison, MBA, M.Ed

I rented a car from Enterprise at the Allen location off Andrew Parkway. Let me tell you Customer Service was amazing. Cameron and Connor are both great. Everything was such an easy process fast, efficient. I had so many questions and needed to rent the car for an additional 2 more days and they took care of us.

We rented a car through the main reservation phone system and our reservation got placed in an entirely wrong state. After waiting 1.5 hours for our car to be delivered we discovered the mistake they made. Took 4-6 phone calls to finally find out our reservation was completely messed up. This ruined a whole day of our vacation. TERRIBLE service Will never use again

This is the worst company that I ever rent a car from ,they booked my car and when I got there they told me they didn't have any cars available and that I have to wait for 2 hours until somebody returned a car I have to cancel a doctor appointment and couldn't get to my job ,horrible experience never again with enterprise don't recommend.

Enterprise Lima Rd. Fort Wayne, IN location!!! FOR THE WIN!!!!!!! *Ellee and Ella!!!!!! 🙌🏼 I had called the toll-free number to set up my car rental and a 10am pick up. at 8 AM per their instructions I called and confirmed the reservation pick up. At 10:30 no car no call. We are on a tight schedule and this was very stressful! I called the toll-free number to find out what was going on they had no answers and for the record they never called me back - fortunately I called the local Enterprise as well. The hold was very long, they had no record of a 10 AM. Pick up. I was transferred to the manager Ellee - she was kind, apologetic and immediately went above and beyond to make it right and to send two employees to drop off the car and another car so we did not have to follow them back, as well as complete the necessary forms at the house so we could get on the road immediately!!! Ellee was absolutely incredible!!! Ella was the young lady who brought the rental car and she was fantastic!! She was so kind, apologetic, and super efficient and completely delightful!! She was a rockstar! She even made sure our phones were connected, our luggage was in the car and ensure there was nothing else we needed to overcome the morning struggle. In a world with Customer Service is seriously in jeopardy. These two ladies were exceptional!! I absolutely 100% recommend Enterprise & setting reservations up locally not on the toll-free number. Thank you Ellee and Ella!!!!

I would like to extend my appreciation to Enterprise Rental with my visit to Idyllwild, Ca. I rented Nissan Rouge from their Palm Springs location. The engine light came on a couple of days afterward. They allowed me to exchange the car in Hemet which was closer for me. I returned the car to Palm Springs. Alex was the employee that approached me at the return site. He noticed I had a problem and reduced my cost of the rental. Alex could have ignored that and I wouldn’t have known the difference. Alex saw an opportunity to make a right from a negative situation and created a positive experience for me!! Thanks Alex and Enterprise!!

I made a reservation online for a sedan from the Columbus, Indiana location. All was set to pick it up at 5:30. I went to pick it up and they said sorry we don't have cars available. They said they tried to call, I received no call. Very disappointed with this location. I won't do business there again

what is with yall not cleaning your cars lately before giving it to the next customer? my last rental was absolutely disgusting and I didn't say anything until I turned it in (and after literally cleaning it myself-which I shouldn't of had to do) because I was thinking it was just an honest mistake. well this time my fiance needed a rental and they brought him a car that was filthy to which he turned down noting that it obviously wasn't cleaned. then the next car they bring him also wasn't clean and smelled like weed? like whats happened with the quality of customer service lately?! I'm just so shocked. anyways I hope we never have to use them again after this. I don't want to sit in someone else's hot box

It is really frustrating that you reserve their car and when you go there they are giving you the cheap options. One of the employee is really annoying. He told me that Car will be available with 15 minutes and after 15 minutes this is we don’t have a carI will request to the management to train this guy properly for me it was the last reservation and I will never ever get rent a car from this location.

Friendly staff and very accommodating. They go out of their way to take care of you. Car was very clean and ready when I arrived. I will definitely use them every time I need a rental.

I had a fantastic experience with Enterprise thanks to Jared at the Medford location! From the moment I walked in, he was welcoming ,professional and incredibly helpful. He made the entire rental process quick and stress free, taking the time to explain everything clearly and ensuring I had the perfect vehicle for my needs. Jared went above and beyond with his customer service- friendly ,attentive, and genuinely cared that I had a good experience. You don't always get that level of personal attention these days, and it really stood out. I will definitely be returning to this location because of him, Thanks again Jared

I was hit by another person in a rest stop in the middle of Nebraska! Enterprise would not help me. They said they will come get the car and not bring me and my 3 children a vehicle. Stranded at a rest stop I have a recording of the conversation stating "sorry ma'am we cant help you" seriously BUT you will make sure you come get your car while my children are stranded. The lady that hit me couldn't belive what she was hearing and state farm (her ins) stated that was terrible. DONT RENT FROM ENTERPRISE if you care for your safety!!!

Noah was extremely helpful with the rental of our vehicle post no fault car accident. He made our experience so easy and he even connected us to someone who could help us purchase a new car. We ended up going to a dealership but I appreciate his thoughtfulness. Originally, we were not supposed to get the sedan that we rented because only a mini car was available, but he was very considerate to help us find a car that suited our needs. I appreciate that there is a quality car rental business like enterprise so close to my home for situations like this. I brought homemade cake for the employees to show my deep gratitude.

I reserved a luxury car on June 12th for pick up today at 4pm. The car wasn’t available. Jennifer offered me a Cadillac Suv instead. I said no It’s my birthday tomorrow this is the worst experience ever. I will never rent a car from enterprise. Enterprise Amity New Haven, CT
