“The Hoover enterprise Rent-A-Car is second to none. Over the past few years, I have asked them to jump through hoops at the last second, make changes to assist my 85 year old mother, and accommodate me when other rental car companies would not and time and time again they come through. Because rental cars depends on the inventory and that is so unpredictable. Most rental car companies can never get a handle by the Hoover location of enterprise. Rent-A-Car is an angel part of my business and family operation.”

“I have rented a car by GEICO and after I returned the car they charge my credit card in $352. The manager is very dishonest because she told me a thing and she put in contract other thing. I don't recommend Enterprise anyone. I'm very frustrated about the company.”
“Very professional and great experience with the Danville, KY. (Rick and Wesley) in KY. and Huntington Beach (Shaun in CA) locations. The first car(Ford Expedition) had a check engine light come on. Shaun switched me to a Suburban and we made our trip back to KY. Rick in KY, made the final inspection. He was very pleased with the car, we returned in from CA.
They apologized for the Ford, check engine light coming on. They really helped me out when I needed their services. I will rent from them again if needed. The cost was around 1200.00 for our 11 day trip. I had about $400.00 returned on my credit card. I had their car from April 11th and returned it April 21st 2023.
Enterprise made our travel plans easier.”

“renting the truck and delivering it back wasn't a problem. it was fine, but make sure if you need road side service DO NOT USE ENTERPISE'S ROAD SIDE SERVICE. anyone the insurance that you would pay for through enterprise does not cover any roadside service. so if you need use roadside service use your personal roadside service that was they don't charge you an insane amount. i rented a truck and on the way back to drop it back off i had a flat tire. and when all said and done they charged me $1068 for a tire change doubled the amount of what renting the truck cost.”
“After renting cars from National and Enterprise for over 20 years I am disgusted. I returned a car that I had for 4 days and got a receipt with no damage. 6 weeks later, got an email that apparently there was “damage”that they wanted me to pay for after or report to my insurance and I had a loss damage waiver on the rental. Even got a return email at what someone thought would be 1:43 am in the morning with a follow up email not knowing that I was on the West Coast.”
“Enterprise germany, very poor assistance
Enterprise Germany None of their phone number will offer English language option.... you have to find someone to help you. Roadside assistance is a joke... if you are ever able to reach them (even with a German speaking help) they will get it all wrong, i have waited 6.5 hours to get a replacement vehicle when there were 4 enterprise branches in a 1-hour radius... one of them 15 km away. You would think that roadside assistance would arrange a replacement vehicle... but no! I had to harass the renting branch to get anything done. For the whole day i was not able to reach roadside assistance, i was getting we are sorry all our line are busy call back later. I was lucky to be close to the customer i was visiting who helped me with translation and took me out of the cold.... i was stranded on the side of the road in the cold. As a we are sorry for the inconveniences i got to drive one of Enterprise Fiat transport van back to Freiburg roughly 500 KM when there were at least 8 cars in the parking lot of the branch that helped me. They do not care about their customer; this was my second bad experience with them, and it is now over. Never again i will do business with them, i will strongly advise my colleagues to not use them anymore.”
“My personal car got repaired so my insurance corporation GEICO rented a vehicle from Enterprise Rent-A-Car for me.
Finally, GEICO paid the rental fee but Enterprise charged me another $331 for "Damage Insurance". I feel weird about it. I am sorry and angry about this.

.The way they treated all their customers was not short of AMAZING. We watched them handle phone calls and in lobby custrrmers with care and patience. It was really refreshing to young people be so professional. And when we took possof the vehicle it was spotless. They seemed to be a well cohesive team. I will be a repeat customer and will also recommend this location.”

don't bother trying to rent a car there from them they wait till the last day to let you know in the late after noon that they don't have a car for you and your leaving at 6:00 am so now you need to call around and there's know other car rental around or open for that matter
. there and hour away each from where you live employees could care less and Bruno manger or what ever he is did nothing there not to be trusted
but as you can see from these other reviews how bad they are i will post this every where on all review and in the neighborhood post so they know what to expect from a lousy car rental place that don't care about there customers they need to go away”

“Upon arrival at the London Road Office, I was met with a very helpful and smiling Saiza who cheerfully made my booking for a small van which I collected a few days later. On the day of collection Saiza, again cheerful showed me around the van wishing me a safe journey before I drove away. When I returned the van Niall who was friendly and helpful, inspected the van, finding no problems, he arranged a refund of the deposit, the van was clean when presented and drove well. It was a pleasure dealing with Niall and Saiza such delightful team members, thank you guys”
“A trip to Chicago turned into a nightmare when Enterprise cancelled my rental last minute without notification. I confirmed prior and showed up for my rental only to have the sorrowful looking attendant say, "Sorry sir. We don't have anything available". Never will I use Enterprise again!”
