Don't be fooled by the .ie web address. It's a British company so I got slapped with a customs charge, even though I paid for delivery as part of the price. There was also nowhere to contact them directly about this problem on their website. I wouldn't have given them a bad review if there was.

WARNING- IRISH CUSTOMERS AVOID - PLEASE This company is ripping Irish customers off. Your will pay extensive Vat and couriour charges on top of what you pay online. You will pay at least half the bill again. €25 became € 35...We are now two weeks and more waiting for these simple hoover bags, and still have not got them.. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY .. THEY ARE NOT IRISH... you will get ripped off, annoyed and their customer chat will even hang up on you. A V O I D

I ordered a remote control on 23/10/21 which had been lost for 2 weeks. With 2 hours of placing my order the original one was found by accident. So I tried to cancel it straight away because the dispatch date from ESpares was not until 30/10/21. I was informed that this was not possible. It would be sent regardless and I would have to return it once it arrived. I would still be charged the dispatch cost which I would lose and it is going to cost me again to return it. ESpares are definitely not a Customer friendly company.

The espares website is easy to use and make orders. However once payment has been made, the customer service is non existent. Against our better judgement (of not using a local spares shop) and for ease we ordered a tumble dryer belt that was urgently required. The postage options are poor with no next day delivery however we assumed with a postage charge the items would be delivered promptly - a la amazon! Received an email confirming despatch, however espares use Royal Mail, possibly the worst delivery service available. The item never arrived. We contacted customer services and had contact with Safiyyyaahh. Despite the item being well overdue already, and they couldn't locate where the item was - ie tracking, she still said we'd have to wait 10 WORKING days to be able to file a claim against Royal Mail and only then would they send another item out. For an £8 item I expected a much better service and more proactivity to sort the issue out. Do not use Espares unless are certain the item will arrive or it is not urgent as they will not care once you have made payment.

I purchased an item on their website which took payment from my bank card to be told the next day via email that the item was out of stock. I asked when it would be back as i may have waited but they did not know so i asked for a refund. 3 weeks later still waiting on my refund after numerous email only been told by the worst customer service they have - please wait 5-7 days then the next email says please wait 7-10 days. I do not see how it should take that long to refund for an item that they didn't have in stock in the first place. I also got a letter from An Post requested customs payment which i have done and again for this Espares that had no intention of sending the items as they didn't have them. Do yourself a favour read the reviews on this company and DO NOT buy anything from them. SAVE yourself the hassle. If i could give them 0 stars i would have.

All I want is to return a wrongly sent part.but to do so I need a password which I don't have, to get it I need to have one sent by e mail which has not appeared.what a minefield let's make it easier for heavens sake.

The part that was sent was the wrong type so I sent it back for a refund using a label supplied by espares. Unfortunately they said that they did not receive it and would not refund . I have misplaced the receipt and can not find it but they refused to refund although they must have it as it has been a long time since posting. Not exactly a friendly Customer support structure! Regards

I ordered a new drawer for my freezer. Due to woefully inadequate package it arrived damaged, twice! Then they refused to pay the return postage when I couldn't print out their label, even though I sent them the receipt.

Husband put in order, and didn't realise next day delivery could be a possibility as he dyslexic, like a lot of guys! Delay for tumble dryer to be fixed now as they cant change of cancel order as it's 1.5 hours ago placed, and they dont have that kind of system. Despite it being start of weekend, and this would be amendable with most companies!

I order a food processor, paying thru paypal in 4 pmts, money has been withdrawn from my account and they telling me I never made a payment, when I have and order confirmation email. SCAM!!!!!!!!!

Item took 15 days to come , ordered from amazon after 10 days and got delivery within 2 days . Told espares I no longer required product and would return and they want me to pay £2.99 to return an item that took 15 days to arrive . Poor from start to finish .

part ordered on 25 Nov never received it, emailed customer services their response "wait for 10 days and if you do not receive it by then we will send you a replacement" so wait almost a month to get my oven working seriously? part ordered from their competitor yesterday delivered this morning fixed it and I have a working oven. need to inform my credit card company to stop the payment.

I ordered a part that was showing in stock, with a 1-3 day delivery. A week later the order was still being process with no delivery date. Would not do anything to expediate the the order and did not care that i cancelled and ordered from a company that cares.

Terrible service. Still waiting for order nearly 7 weeks later despite them taking payment on 30 July AND advising me twice that order was dispatched! Cancelled today and ordered elsewhere and my part is due to be deliver by new firm tomorrow. You cannot speak to a person and everything has to be done via live chat or email. Very frustrating when you have no working washing machine. Let’s see if my refund is actually forthcoming. Avoid!l

Have placed 2 orders with this company and both times the item has failed to come,when complaint made told to wait 10 days to see if it arrives, guess what they don,t arrive

They're scamming me with some crazy tale of how the delivery may be lost - they don't seem to track their deliveries 'allegedly' and aren't even an Irish company, they aren't even clear if they dispatched using post or a courier and it took 2 days for them to respond. Now they say wait three weeks. Buyers beware, dodgy out.
