I ordered a spare part at the end of August and the payment of £43.98 was taken. i was not advised at the time, however, on my email confirmation it stated that the part of my order was out of stock ( I only ordered one item?) but the estimated dispatch date was 11/9/19, 2 weeks later! Two minutes later I received another email telling me again it was out of stock! The delay was not ideal and i would have liked the option wether to go ahead with the order or go elsewhere before i actually paid. Having not heard a thing since, no updates, nothing!! ( MAYBE AN UPDATE WOULD HAVE BEEN COURTEOUS AT THE LEAST), I called today 9/10/19, my first call was cut off before i even talked to anyone, when i did get through, they came up with a new estimated date at the end of OCTOBER!!!!!! 3 MONTHS since they took my payment!!!! I was not even offered a refund at this stage, it was assumed that i was going to just accept this VERY BAD SERVICE. Needless to say I won't be waiting any longer, I asked for a refund and was told you can "REQUEST IT" but i will have to pass it over to the team dealing with that and the refund might take upto 5 days!!!!!! ( YOU REALLY DO NEED TO UP YOUR GAME!) Do yourself a favour if you use this company make sure they actually have the goods you want to buy before you part with your cash!!!!!! That was my experience make up your own mind!!

Item ordered early August and at the time showing as in stock. Order confirmation then confirmed delivery expected September (5 weeks) but this was subject to change. Even though the website was showing 3-4 weeks delivery. Checked for update on 5/9/19 and they confirmed delivery expected for 6/9/29. Item did not arrive checked again and was then told delivery 13/12/19, over 4 months from order, even this was subject to change. I then order from another suplier and item arrived the next day on standard delivery! Order now canceled and full refund received. Be warned delivery dstes form espares mean nothing.

Very poor service, poor telephone service, poor customer service, 4 telephone options 2 off them go nowhere other 2 hold you on call for ages costing a fortune, don’t reply to your emails. Very poor wont be using again

I ordered two small items for my oven - a bulb and a tool to remove the cover. The bulb arrived reasonably quickly, all be it, in a box large enough to accommodate twelve bulbs, but no mention of the removal tool. Don't try ringing on any of published numbers as no one answers. I eventually spoke to someone on their 'live chat' facility who explained that the tool was not despatched as faulty. He assured me that a new batch was due in and I would be notified by email when mine was being sent out. Of course, nothing has happened . I then sent an email and received a response stating that 'they normally respond within 48 hrs'. and provided a unique ticket number to use in further enquiries. After 72hrs+ nothing from them. Unique number is worthless as you cant contact anybody. Dreadful customer service. I only awarded one star as there is no facility to award no star.

I left a request for a part on their web site twice. It states they will contact you within 48hrs. That didn’t happen and instead I purchase my washing machine bearing kit from another site. Last time I will use espares. Unhappy Yorkshire man

I ordered 4 hanging baskets on 5th… I ordered 4 hanging baskets on 5th June, money was taken from my account. These have not arrived. I have tried phoning on numerous occasions but no-one answers. I have emailed countless times. Every time an automated reply appears, 2-3 days later an email came to say my cooker parts had been found!!! What cooker parts, I ordered hanging baskets. Another reply a week later to say they couldnt find my order but they have taken my money? I have asked for a refund and nothing. I am absolutely disgusted with this company . I want a refund

I ordered a microwave dish for my Miele and it was supposed to be delivered 07/06. It’s now 13/06 and still no sign of the dish . When I chased them they said there was a problem with their system since 02/06 and they still could not tell me when it would be despatched . I have asked for a refund and was then told there was a small chance it would be despatched but didn’t say when . Really bizarre

They sent out a part with no protective packaging, it was just in a cardboard box, so it inevitably arrived broken. Ten days after I send it back for a replacement I have heard nothing from them, no replacement or refund. There has been no answer to an email I sent and its not been possible to get through to them on the phone. Very bad customer service.

Direct from Supplier cheaper than ESpares I have used this for years assuming they would be cheaper that AEG but I am wrong, Same part at AEG 23, ESpares £27, delivery more expensive. Last time I ordered they guaranteed 3-5 days but it was longer, I emailed them but no response. Try AEG over Espares, much cheaper

Absolutely awful service, packaging totally wrong for item sent - small protrusion broken - so returned; replacement sent exactly the same. Sent email asking for return label but no response, resent email still no response so having to return against original label. Seems like they will not recognise their mistakes and hope by ignoring you the problem will go away.

I would avoid this company at all costs. After ordering a new oven door and it not being delivered on the due date. When I called the delivery company the informed me the door was smashed in transit. That’s when the fun began trying to get someone anyone with half a clue just how to deal with my case. A pretty straight forward customer service you would imagine. Oh no not with eSpares if your lucky enough to get a response. It’s from someone who hasn’t read the email the we’re responding to. 🙈 So after 15 days I am still with out my part. 😡🤬 Will never use eSpares again!!!

How on earth can people give this… How on earth can people give this company 5 stars!!! The returns policy is pathetic!! I was told the part I ordered was out of stock, and that my money would be refunded...6 days later and the part is being dispatched (having already purchased elsewhere, and received it might I add). Now I have to wait until the new year, well over 30 days of originally ordering to receive MY money back. What a joke!!!
