Delivered wrong parts and faulty parts No Customer Support at all very unsatisfied customer

I ordered a freezer drawer in December. They told me after I ordered that this was a "special order item" and I had to wait 28 days. In Jan, I asked for an update and they told me they still hadn't received it and would dispatch to me once they had it but couldn't give a date. I asked again in Feb but received the same response. I asked again in March and they then told me it would arrive by 31/03. In April, I still didn't have it and asked again for an update. They told me it would arrive by 19/05. 19/05 came along and I still didn't have the drawer. I asked for a refund and they cancelled my order 27/05. I was told my refund would take five working days by cheque (I paid via PayPal so they're forcing me to accept a refund method via different means then how I paid). 20/06 I still have no drawer and no refund! I asked and they've told me the cheque was issued 11/06 (two weeks after my cancellation) to wait another week. So to summarise, they've taken seven months to not deliever the item I ordered, then tried refunding me via different means then how I paid and haven't processed the refund in an acceptable timeframe. They advertised a product they couldn't source and lied about its availability repeatedly. AVOID USING THIS SITE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Very poor customer service. I cancelled my order on 21st April as the wait for the parts was going to be too long, and was told my money would be refunded within 7-10 working days. They delivered the items I had ordered anyway despite the cancellation, and I have been trying to get my money back ever since. I have had a refund for part of my order after I had arranged for it to be picked up, and the second part was also subsequently picked up....and then re-delivered to me! I am still waiting for the refund for this after nearly 3 months after I paid for it, and this for something that shouldn't have been delivered in the first place as the order had been cancelled. I appreciate that these are not "normal times", but that's no excuse for poor customer service.

I ordered a water filter for a samsung fridge/freezer the filter ordered was a HAFIN2 I received a HAFIN this was a week ago and so far I have received a e mail which I have answered but as yet no action or advice except to buy an adapter for my appliance which shows that the people I am dealing with have no idea of the product I can only say the response of E spares is awful I feel I am getting the run around and yet it is not my fault I ordered the correct item

Paid for next day deliver in good time on 15 June for a Creda R430EK oven heating element Item was ticked as in stock. Order No 9504198. not yet delivered on second day. Delivery day 16 June e-mailed espares to ask why package not yet at couriers? Had reply from espares via email ticket No. T11329723 stating we will get back to you in within 72 hours (3 days) if urgent phone 03334007888 or use chat line. Tried phone got reply this phone is disabled due corona virus. Tried chat line, on espares web waited 20 mins no response. What I have at present is an oven in bits waiting for a heating element that should have arrived on 16 June the parcel arrived at the Nottingham depot at 23.35 on 16th June. No chance of delivering next day. You seem to be very happy to charge me for next day delivery knowing full well it was not possible. If I am lucky I may get my order sometime today. I expect a refund for the delivery charge. You need to correct the false statements on your web site ensure customers can contact you so at least man the phone or chat line K Ward

What a terrible experience. Numerous emails requesting help and I received multiple conflicting answers. A simple order has been made extremely complicated. Now waiting over 20 days for a simple delivery of some nematic / henry vacuum hose and parts. Avoid .... Avoid .... Avoid

Ordered a replacement oven gasket/door rubber. This is NOT a genuine part. The rubber is cut and the metal fixing just inserted in the tube and keeps coming out, this is potentially DANGEROUS as it pops out with some force, when I was taking a hot roasting tray out of the oven. The original part is a sealed rubber with no cuts & the metal fixing just poking through.

I contacted eSpares about a part for my dishwasher. I gave them all of the details of my dishwasher and they told me which part to order. I duly ordered it however when it arrived it was not compatible with my dishwasher. I messaged them and received an unapologetic email from Nadia Mohamed in eSpares 'Customer Care' which implied that I had not given them enough information and suggesting that I tried to order again. I had to contact them again to get something close to an apology and a return label for the part they had wrongly got me to buy. I won't be using them again.

Hmmm, so dropped the ball a bit during covid crisis. Sent the wrong part, there is not enough detail on the invoice to check whether my fault or thers. I cannot get through via phone lines (not working due to covid), advised a live chat also not enough capacity to answer my call. just want to find out whether they stock the correct part and ensure express deliver to fix my washing machine.

Really poor services and communication. Purchased item to repair washing machine, it was listed as in stock. Expected on Friday. Nothing. Emailed to ask for update, received email saying if was picked and packed at 8am, still no dispatch notification. This is now more than a week after ordering item. Communication and updates beyond poor. Would avoid using this company if you need an item in a rush. I will not be using again.

Ordered a part online it never went through rang company who advised payment never went through so ordered part over telephone. Checked account any payment did go through twice once from internet and once from telephone. Have been emailing them for nearly two weeks asking for my money back ive sent my bank statement to them and they keep saying they havent received it so keep refusing to refund it. Do not order anything from this company they are not a reputable company i will be taking this further

I ordered some xmas lights on the 4th December which I didn't receive ! I was told to check my garage and with neighbours etc which I did still no sign of them and after letting them know this I haven't had a reply since after constant e mails I will also be taking this matter further as I have requested a refund for an item I didn't receive!

I ordered some Christmas lights. My order was dispatched apparently but I tried to track it via Royal Mail website & after 3 days they hadn’t received it. I contacted eSpares via live chat & the man I spoke to said that they were having problems with the Royal Mail & to wait the week for it to arrive. Well it didn’t so I contacted eSpares again & they said the same thing to wait again, but this time I had contacted Royal Mail & they had said they hadn’t received my order from eSpares so I told them this, I eventually got them to agree to refund my money as the items were now out of stock! That was on the 15th November & I was told I would receive my refund within 3-5 days. I still haven’t received it I have emailed them twice to chase them up but still no refund. I’m going to take the matter further if I hear nothing back within 3 days. Watch this space!

I would like to advise you all...DO NOT RING ESPARES! One 5 minute call costs over £6! They keep you waiting on purpose as it is a premium number, google the number and look for yourself, 1000’s of people disgusted at the premium number. Complete rip off for trying to work out what £3.99 part I need! Do yourself a favour and call another company

Absolutely disgusting customer service from these guys. 2 different 'advisers' both as useless as each other. Apparently my spares return was never received even through i got confirmation of delivery. And as they 'never' received the rubbish spares that broke, they cannot refund or replace them. Rude advisers and when i asked for the transcript after the chat, they conveniently don't work. Avoid these scammers at all costs!!! Poor quality overpriced products, disgusting customer service and a useless system.

Espares was generally my go to place for all things requiring domestic repair parts. Well not any more. I had placed an order back in June 2019 for 2 integrated washing machine hinges at a whopping £23.99 each! Stock number ES1540535 refers. They arrived without any screws! Contacted espares & had to pay a further £19.51 for the 4 screws which included £6.99 for next day delivery! The following day they when they did not arrive I had to contact them again only to be told they were out of stock. When asked why they had not bothered to let me know as they had all my details the guy in 'Customer services' (Ha that's a joke) stated "Yeah we don't do that!" They immediately refunded me the £6.99 delivery fee but I had to chase & chase these items with emails & was constantly fobbed off time & time again. 3 days ago I phoned & asked to speak to a manager. Surprisingly there were none available. Coincidently I was told the items had just arrived in the warehouse. Regardless I insisted that a manager return my call. I am still waiting! The screws have now arrived exactly 4 months from the date of ordering!! This is what this company considers to be good customer service. Will be using UK White Goods from now on. Do yourselves a favour & avoid this 3rd rate outfit. ordered a part, they debited my account and I still haven't received it yet after 3 weeks. I have been in touch with them by email. They replied with an automatic email saying they will reply within 72 hours! They did reply after 24 hours, but just to say that they were sorry and would have my part delivered within 5-7 days. Today is the 7th day and I have not received it yet.

I ordered a spare part at the end of August and the payment of £43.98 was taken. i was not advised at the time, however, on my email confirmation it stated that the part of my order was out of stock ( I only ordered one item?) but the estimated dispatch date was 11/9/19, 2 weeks later! Two minutes later I received another email telling me again it was out of stock! The delay was not ideal and i would have liked the option wether to go ahead with the order or go elsewhere before i actually paid. Having not heard a thing since, no updates, nothing!! ( MAYBE AN UPDATE WOULD HAVE BEEN COURTEOUS AT THE LEAST), I called today 9/10/19, my first call was cut off before i even talked to anyone, when i did get through, they came up with a new estimated date at the end of OCTOBER!!!!!! 3 MONTHS since they took my payment!!!! I was not even offered a refund at this stage, it was assumed that i was going to just accept this VERY BAD SERVICE. Needless to say I won't be waiting any longer, I asked for a refund and was told you can "REQUEST IT" but i will have to pass it over to the team dealing with that and the refund might take upto 5 days!!!!!! ( YOU REALLY DO NEED TO UP YOUR GAME!) Do yourself a favour if you use this company make sure they actually have the goods you want to buy before you part with your cash!!!!!! That was my experience make up your own mind!!
